??? POV
All I could remember since I had escaped from that horrible place, was running, away from who?

The Murderer of my parents

I had ran past many places, and right now I haven't had any idea on where am I in this world, I remembered Mama had once told me when I was tiny, that our world is home to vast creatures, both great and small and also how big it is.

"Aurette, the Supernatural Realm is our never forget that. Our world is separated into two provinces- Kumandra and Ardonia."

Mama's words echoed in my mind as I quicken my pace, then a ghostly figure appeared before me, "Child, you save your energy for your journey ahead of you will need the strength you have once the time is needed. I had a prophesy that you'll have a new family, one that will stick beside you in times of trouble and darkness. I promise you that you will be safe with them."

That voice, that have been the only thing I've trusted since the day everything was lost. Clutching the relics that hung on my neck, securing them was a silver chain, looking at them sparkle under the night sky, a wolf engraved bloodstone, a crystal sunstone shaped like a water droplet and a purplish-black with a crystal insignia teardrop shaped moonstone. They meant so much to me, as they've been handed to me before they...were...gone.

"That will never happen to me. No one will want a child like me, that will bring nothing but misfortune, I prefer to be gone."

"Nothing is going to happen to you, your new family will protect you from danger trust me, Avaardwolf." She chuckled.

As she lead me deeper into the forest, I saw two male silhouettes, the one on the right had dragon horns and tail, the one on the left have wolf ears and tail. It seemed as though they knew what was about to happen next.

She smiled at me and explained that they are my parents' guardians, the one with dragon features is Neuvellette, a dragon shifter, he's Mama's guardian and the other with wolf features is Searini, he is Papa's brother and guardian.

She then opened my hand and placed an accessory on my hand and gasped, it was mine, a hairpin-a galaxy crystalline flower with thin crystal silk strings, dangling down were two stone in the shape of a yin yang-a duskstone and dawnstone. A perfect balance of two opposites.
