Personality: Sam is seen as a calm, collective, and serious individual who focuses on a task at hand. And while he may seem to be cold, he does know when to smile and does have moments of making jokes and finding some things funny.
Backstory: Not much is exactly known about Sam's history. But what can be known about him was that he comes from a village that believed in the legends of the armor riders. And once finding out he was a descendant of one of these riders, he now made sure to honor his ancestor by taking the mantle of wielding the eagle of wind.

Sam's rider form that, is accessed by the storm riser. It represents the eagle of wind, and it wields an arm blade that can turn into a bow arm and two bladed disks on its back that can be thrown to attack opponents. It can also power itself up and make new abilities via energy symbols it makes.
