prologue
growing up i was always considered the "problem child", always getting phone calls from the school,skipping lessons,getting sent out,walking out in the middle of lessons just because one little thing annoyed me,never being in uniform and having meeting with the school because of my behaviour. my parents never really tried to explain to me that it was wrong all they did was scream at me, tell me that their so disappointed in me and tell me that ive "fucked up school" but i haven't i'm only in year 9 about to go into year 10. i was also one of the "popular" kids in my school almost everyone knew me, i went out a lot, went out with olders and constantly just messing about, i was also considered the sweetest girl in my friend group because i was im not a bitch it may seem like it from everything i do but im not. i had also started vaping because everyone in my friend group done it and i just wanted to fit in, i wasn't an addict tho.

chapter 1

i had just walked into school in no uniform as usual, so i head to the table where me and my friend group always meet "aliyahhhh" my friend hania shouts "haniaaaa" i shout back "guess what" another girl in my friend group called rosie says "what" i say giving her a smile "kady's gonna fight u" she explains "why all because her boyfriend went out with us on friday" i say laughing "no apparently u we're chatting shit abt her but denied what u said" she tells me "what the only time u actually spoken to her was when her boyfriend went out with us bc she msged u" hania backs me up "i know well i mean if she hits me im hitting back" i say everyone agrees then my bestfriend georgia comes over "aliyahhh" she says giving me a hug as i hug her back "haniaaaaaa" she says giving hania a hug too "bathrooms?" georgia asks "yes i've got 2" hania says "i've got a 4k" i say as we all head into the bathroom, i tell georgia everything i've been told about kady wanting to fight me as we take puffs of our vapes, once the bell for first period went we decided to go to class but i was in a separate maths class from georgia and hania. i walked and sat in my seat beside max and theo "oi aliyah are u and kady fighting at break" theo asks "i've not got beef but if she hits me im hitting her back i don't care" i say "fair enough nobody even likes her" max says "yeah i don't even know what i did" i say laughing we keep laughing and talking the whole period till max gets moved to the back corner all alone i decided to take out some magic stars to eat bc why not "give me one" theo says i give him a few and max shouts "oi give me a magic star" so i chuck it and he tries to catch it in his mouth he missed so i keep chucking magic stars at him till the teach shouts "ALIYAH OUT NOW" i walk out and stand outside laughing
time skip to break
i walk to my friend group where on of the boys tell me kady's looking for me "okay then let's find her" i say as a massive group follows us to find her when we find her everyone surrounds us "mate what the fuck u calling me a bitch for" she says "mate i never called u a fucking bitch" i say angrily "yes u fucking did u also called me a whore" she shouts "no i fucking didn't should of tho because ur a fucking whore, swear u cheated on kieron twice" i say laughing as everyone starts chanting "oooohh" or "fight fight", "fucking slag" she shouts as she's abt to grab my hair i stop her by grabbing her hair and swinging her about till she was on the ground i started to kick her as she on the floor she stood up and threw a punch at me so i threw a few punches at her and dragged her by her hair back to the ground "fucking pussy" i shout as as she gets up again grabbing onto my hoodie and grabbing my arm trying to pull me off i kick her off me till 5 teachers come and try and stop the fight i get pulled away into the other room and they tell me their going to phone my mum "oh fuck off" i say about to storm off but the teacher miss robert's locks the door and asks me to sit down and tell her what happend so i tell her and she tells me that it's my fault and i should of told a teacher "no mate im not a fucking pussy" i say crossing my arms "watch ur language aliyah" she says "ur mums comming to get u" she tells me "mate why the fuck is she not getting in trouble tho she hit me first" i say "she's being dealt with but u will be getting a weeks suspension" she says oh for fuck sake i think,

when my mum arrives they let her in and miss robert's explains the situation and tells my mum i've got a weeks suspension once we leave i see the video of my fight on baisically every platform and people from other schools were msging me about the fight it was like the whole area knew about it "aliyah this is unacceptable what in ur right mind thaught i was a good idea to hurt a poor innocent girl for no reason" my mum said "innocent? she's not innocent she hit me first i'm not gonna js let her hit me" i say defending myself "well u should have told a teacher i'm so so disappointed in u, ur cousins would never do this" she says as we arrive "of course my cousins would never do that u would rather have my stupid cousins as ur child then me" i say storming into my room, i lay on my bed and scroll through my phone till i get msged from people telling me she's still in school and she's not been suspended "what the fuck" i scream into my pillow suddenly my door smashes open it was my dad "ALIYAH WHAT THE FUCK WHY HAS UR MUM TOLD ME UR HITTING PEOPLE AND GETTING INTO FIGHT FOR NO REASON U WERE A FUCK UP BEFORE BUT UR AN EVEN BIGGER FUCK UP NOW IM SO DISAPOINTED IN U, WHAT THE FUCK MADE U THINK IT WAS ALRIGHT TO HIT HER" he shouts, "dad i promise it's not my fault" i say but those words "ur a fuck up" hit hard, "OH ITS NEVER UR FAULT IS IT, U JUST LIKE TO ACT TUFF WHEN UR NOT AND UR SUSPENDED UR COUSINS WOULD NEVER" he screams "DAD JS FUCKING LEAVE I DONT GIVE A SHIT THEIRS NO POINT ARGUING WITH U WHEN U GUYS DONT EVEN LISTEN" i scream back as he leaves and slams my door open. i begin to cry,of course im the fuck up i thaught to myself. i take a shot of my vape and sigh, it was always my fault they always assumed it was my fault never "maybe she's struggling" no i was just expected to be the perfect child with straight A's i was never enough for them.
