Chapter one stimming

So if you are not a wear  stimming is something everyone does but people with ADHD do slightly more.

There are so many types of stimming. Psychical stimming is most common. Shaking your leg fighting with your hands and ever popping your knuckles is all stimming. Along with playing around with a pencil or simply doing the same thing over and over again.

There are also vocal stimmes. Randomly singing or humming and not realizing it or saying the same word over and over again. Making random noises out of nowhere and not knowing why you did. That's vocal stimming.

I personally vocal stimm more then I stimm with my hands or fidget. My vocal stimms most of the time concisest of me saying rawr or going rararara  weird but it's what I say. It's wired but everyone does something different.

Now if you have gotten in trouble at school for not sitting still at school I would try taking to your parents about talking to your teachers about accommodations for ADHD. Or talking about getting tested so you can get meds for it.

Another thing that helps me when I'm home or just hanging out is fidget toys. Anxiety rings are really good tools along with little fidgets you can have on your key chain or in your belt or something.

I have something I call my ADHD key chain that if I'm going somewhere loud or where there will be a lot of people I will bring so if i get overwhelmed or anxious I will have my little tools to help. The things I have in this key chain are my loops I will talk more about those In the next chapter my little button fidget along with a little books I have breathing exercises and tips to help me calm down if anything happens.

In the next chapter I will talk about scenery overlord along with scenery issues ❤️.

Sorry this one is short I will try and not have the rest be this short. But love you be kind spread love ❤️
