Part 1
Travis Redmond
All my classes are now finally fucking done and out of the way. So that I can now put all my time and my focus on football practice today. I have my own kind of routine that I always do when it comes to my football practice. Coach Elliott has his own kind of routine that he does that I don't like to do, but he's my coach so I have to do what he says, or else I will get yelled at for not doing what he orders me and my teammates to do and you don't wanna piss of Coach Elliott or you'll be staying back cleaning up after practice is over. First we do our 5 minute warm-ups and stretching to get our bodies all ready to go to work. Then, after that, we do another 5 minute warmup passing the football and catching the football back and forth to a teammate. Then we do some sprints and then we jog around the filed for 5 minutes. Giving us a total of 15 minutes to warm up before we get down to practicing for our next game next month against the Lions.
"Alright, everyone gather around. I have an announcement to tell you all." Coach Elliott yells out to all of my teammates.
My teammates all come running, jogging forward from the football field and take a seat down on the football bleachers as they wait patiently for what the announcement is that coach is going to tell us.
It has me wondering what it could possibly be.
When everyone is sitting down, coach begins to welcome us back to another painful year of football. Before telling us what his announcement is. "I wanna first start off by saying that welcome back to a new year and your last year of pain and suffering-that you all will feel when I'm done making sure all your asses is 100% perfect for this new season I have planned for you." Coach says this with a scary look on his face.
I glance over to the left side and see a few of my teammates, and I can just tell that they are scared by Coach Elliott's scary word's.
Coach Elliott laughs at us all, and a few of my teammates laugh along with coach.
I just stay quiet.
"No but seriously, this year you will be suffering through lots of pain with how busy this season will be." Coach Elliott stops laughing and talks serious again.
My teammates go quiet, and now finally Coach Elliott tells us the announcement that I hope is not what I'm thinking it's going to be. I swear if I think what it's going to be. I will literally loss my shit. I couldn't care less if I get into trouble again. I will loss it.
"Now you all must be wondering what my announcement is. Well, you all know that Lee is not here this year. Due to him moving to a different school. We are now down one men short. So I had the liberty of choosing one man that I know will for sure help us win this year. I will say he doesn't have that much experience at football. But I wanted this year to be different and try out something new. He just needs a little help from all you asshole's to be a great awesome kickass player. So, without further ado, I am pleased to welcome your new teammate-Jaynes August!" Coach Elliott calls out the one name that I despise so much.My eyes immediately go wide from hearing that name.
The fucker comes out from behind the bleachers and grins, as he walks towards Coach Elliott and stands beside him smiling.I notice right away that the idiot is already wearing Lee's football jersey number. Number 11. That number belongs to someone who is worthy of it. Not given to a fucking lying betraying idiot like him.
