As soon as he said that words she rushed out of the room
Present -
Meher straightly went to her room not to dining room because she was no longer in mood to eat. She entered inside her room and sat on the bed with tears in her eyes she doesn't know why but her phone incident made her emotional.... no-one ever stop her doing anything so punishment is a different kind of thing for her that too her eldest brother giving her punishment was not pleasant for her
She was just sitting there sniffing when her room door opened and kartik entered inside the room he looked at her smiling warmly because he knew it the conversation between his bhaiya and sister would be like this .... although he knows that prakhar definitely will not go harsh on her but also will not let her mistakes get away and meher is new to all this and these small things affect her too much as she is so sensitive
Meher looked at him with glossy eyes. Her face was already little red ....as soon as kartik sat infront of her meher hugged him tightly..he placed her in his lap while rubbing her back
Kartik - *lovingly* kya hua bache kyu ro rahe ho
(what happened baby why are you crying)
Meher - *looking at him with doe eyes and crying voice* pta nhi bas accha nahi lag raha 🥹

Kartik - *smiled at her innocence* koi baat nahi ho jata hai kbhi kbhi

She is still in his lap with head on his chest while he caresses her back gently after sometime she calms and went to Washroom to wash her face within sometime she returned so kartik asked her
Kartik - baby let's go to have breakfast hmm
Meher - *slowly* mujhe bhook nahi hai dada
(I am not feeling hungry)
Kartik - *sigh* kyu betu pahle toh aap aaye the breakfast ke liye
(Why baby ..you came to eat breakfast before)
Meher - *while looking down* ab Mann nahi hai
(I don't have appetite anymore)
Before kartik could say anything her room's door opened and prakhar entered with a maid who is holding a food tray in her hands
Kartik - bhaiya aap yaha....
(Bhaiya you here...)
Prakhar nodded and looked at meher who was trying to hide behind kartik
Prakhar - *to kartik* can you attend my meetings for 2 hours.. there two meetings
Kartik - sure bhaiya I will go
He said and went out kissing meher's forehead because he knew his bhaiya will definitely make her eat so he was not in worry but was surprised to see his bhaiya not going office because he wanted to talk to meher ....knowingly or unknowingly she was changing them or you can say they are changing themselves for her ✨
After kartik left prakhar looked at meher who only looking down to which prakhar sighs and kneeled infront of her and hold her hands and hugged her which made her look at him because she thought he came to scold her because he said to go dining area not to her room but this was unexpected their first hug 🫂
He backed off still holding her hands and asked in a gentle tone
Prakhar - gussa ho gaye kya aap hamse
(Are you angry with me )
Meher was about to nod in no but instantly remembered the rule to always answer verbally
Meher - *shuttering* n..n..no
Prakhar sighs he never wanted to make her scared of him he knows he is not soft his brothers were not like this they were habituated of his strict nature they all were disciplined by their father although he never punished them for small things and never was harsh on them too but still they were okay with his cold nature because that's how he is ...mafia trainings are not easy to cope up with everyone you need to be tough for that they all were raised to be tough and somewhere they all know that whatever Vaishali did was good for meher ...and her arrival did not only bring change in her life but in all of them's.
They all are trying to cope up with each other manish is trying to be as understanding as his wife would be if she alives🫠....
