Sonic one-shots

Dreamland...

((It's useless... just talks about Blaze, Infinite, and Scourge's dreams...))  

((Long after 'The Invincible 3' story'))

It was a normal summer day in the Chaos Dimension. Our heroes have been at peace since the last time they fought against Eggman. The doctor never showed up again after his last defeat in spring.

Christelle took the advantage to go back to her world and check on her friends and family. Sonic took a vacation at the beach with Tails and Knuckles. Rouge asked for a break from G.U.N. so that she could hang out with Amy. Shadow didn't want his sister to leave but shook it off after two days. Eclipse as well took a vacation from G.U.N. and went to the mountains.

This summer was quite a relaxing one. Nothing bad happening, of course some robberies but nothing the police couldn't handle.

It seemed as if Mobius entirely was taking a break from Eggman.

On the other hand, the Sol Dimension wasn't, but as well, nothing the trio couldn't handle. They ended the fight by sending Eggman Nega flying back to his base. Doesn't this guy ever give up?

The trio walked back to the castle really tired from those three attacks in a row. They wanted to get a break from all this mess but can't just leave the kingdom defenseless. 

The three went down to the dungeons and kept walking till they reached a door at the end of the corridor. Blaze opened it and another staircase showed up. They went down and reached a small room with three couches and a table in the middle. 

Scourge jumped on one of the couches and buried his face in a pillow. Infinite laid on his back on the second couch. And Blaze sat on the third. "Are you two hungry or anything? I could go up and-"

"No Blaze. It's fine. I know you're tired too." Infinite replied as he removed his mask putting it on the table and shut his eyes drifting to sleep. 

"Infi's right, just sleep. I love-" Scourge was interrupted by his own self, because his eyes suddenly shut his eyes and started snoring.

Blaze giggled as she watched both her friends asleep. She then laid on her side and drifted to dreamland in a split second.  

-Infinite's dream and POV-

I was walking in a dark corridor. There was no light. I was only able to see thanks to my mask. I was hearing noises all around me, so I felt uncomfortable. I didn't want to be here... where even is 'here'?  

I kept walking trying to take in my surroundings until I heard a voice calling out my name. I stopped dead in my tracks. "Who's there!?" I screamed darting my eyes around me.

"Infinite..." The voice was muffled, unclear. Yet I still was able to make out what it was saying. It kept calling out my name. As if it wanted to tell me something.

Suddenly a small light ball popped in front of my masked face. I raised a brow at it. 

"Infinite..." It said? Was it that thing that called me? "Infinite..." It said again.

"Huh? what do you want?" I spoke as I touched it then retrieved my hand and tilted my head.

"You are not Infinite." It spoke again. What does it mean by 'not Infinite'?

I stared at it with curiosity. What does it want? "How is that?" I asked as I crossed my arms.

"You are not Infinite." Again? What do you want!?

"What is that supposed to mean?" I asked harshly. 

"You are not Infinite!" Stop! I am Infinite! What the light said later shocked me, "You are Zero, Infinite has NEVER existed!"
