"OKAY, WHEN WE get there, try not to fan girl too much." Billie gives Derek and Spencer a stern look. She still can't believe that the two had actually decided to stay.
"No promises." Derek shrugs his shoulders.
Billie rolls her eyes.
"You know, I've always wanted to meet your entire family." Spencer looks to Billie. Billie tilts her head in curiosity telling him to continue. "It's incredible that all of your sisters and your brother have become doctors and surgeons and you've become an FBI agent."
"Reid, they're not experiments." Derek shakes his head.
"Well, that's not what I'm saying. What I mean is that it's fascinating that you just went a different way. It's common for younger siblings to imitate the older." Spencer looks to Billie and Derek with an almost guilty look. He really isn't guilty about anything when it comes to being right against Derek.
The car stops and Billie looks outside to see the big hospital. Derek had paid and the trio said their 'thank you's to the driver and moved out.
"I've never actually been here before so..." Billie gives the two men an unfortunate face while raising her arms with carelessness.
Derek smiles as he puts his arms around Billie and Spencer's necks. "We'll figure it out together." Billie laughs.
Spencer, being the germaphobe he is, slips out of Derek's arm while Billie shrugs it off as well while telling them, "Let me just ask a doctor around here. Hopefully they'll know him," Billie sees another young woman, with light caramel hair, looking at a chart and approaches her. "Excuse me."
The woman looks up at her.
"Hi, um, do you know a Doctor Shepherd?" Billie asks her.
The woman opens her mouth to say something before closing her mouth again. A look of frustration and confusion builds in her eyes. "Wh— who are you?" The woman looks from Billie to Billie's two friends.
Billie blinks. "Um... I'm—"
"Billie."
They turn their heads and look to the man who just blurted out Billie's name.
"Derek." Billie grins toward her brother.
"Oh my god. Billie, you don't know how glad I am that you're here." Derek softly and weakly steps toward his sister. Billie and her brother engulf in a hug with laughs. "What are you— what are you doing here?" The male Shepherd asks as he looks down at her.
"I—" Billie shakes her head and corrects herself, "we were on a case. Why are you so glad I'm here? What's happened?"
"Oh, I'll tell you later." Derek shakes his head. "We?" He furrows his brows at Billie. "Who's 'we'?"
Derek, her friend, and Spencer step closer to the pair of siblings. Billie says, "Der, this is Agent Derek Morgan and Dr. Spencer Reid. Derek, Spencer, this is my brother Derek Shepherd."
