Author's POV

The classroom was quiet except for the sound of chalk on the blackboard and the flipping of pages. The teacher's back was to the students as he wrote the topic on the blackboard. The students were carefully copying the topic into their notebooks. The teacher finished writing, turned to face the students, and put the chalk holder back on the table before him.

"So who will give the answer to this question, I have taught this topic in the previous class," Sir said looking at the faces of the students, some started thinking seriously, some pretended, and some started discussing with their bench mates.

Amidst this, two hands raised in the air, sir looked at the face to whom these hands belonged. Sir had a knowing and impressed look on his face.

They glanced at each other and Miraya had a smirk on her face. Aditya shook his head and got his attention back to sir.

"Miraya, tell me how will charge transfer from a conductor to an insulator?" Sir asked.

"Sir, by rubbing them together the charge will transfer from one body to another" Miraya said, her expression and tone confident.

Sir smiled and gave a nod indicating to sit.

"Aditya, do you want to say something" Sir asked moving his gaze at Aditya.

Aditya nodded stood up and answered "Sir we will not rub them together as we are talking about the transfer of charge from conductor to an insulator, this process happens in two insulator bodies, for the transfer of charge from conductor to insulator we have to bring them in contact and the charge will transfer till they reach equilibrium" he explained very nicely and confidently.

"Very good Aditya, sit down," Sir said with a small smile on his face.

Miraya gritted her teeth and crumbled a page of notebook kept on her desk.

Aditya gazed at Miraya with a proud smile on his face but it vanished after seeing her sorrow expression.

The bell rang indicating the end of period, Rohini saw her friend's dull and sorrow expression so to lit up her mood she said "Don't be sad Miru, you are a badass girl, show yours second position next time that you are Miraya Raichand and no one can defeat you." caressing Miraya's back with her palm.

"How many times I have to tell you he is not mine." Miraya said glaring at her, her expression filled with annoyance.

Aditya who was not liking Miraya's hurt expression stood up from his place and walked toward her but stopped by a voice.

"Aditya" she called with extra sweet smile and voice, Raghav made a face and ignored her when she waved at him.

she walked toward Aditya's side, kept her notebook and a book on his desk and spoke "Aditya, I have doubt in a physics problem, please solve."

Aditya tried to say something but she cut him off and pleaded "Please Adi" with a fake pout on her face and trying hard to become cute.

"O OK Soniya" Aditya said awkwardly and sat on his place.

Soniya smiled widely and move her gaze to Raghav and asserted "Raghav, can you please sit somewhere else for some minutes, Aditya is clearing my doubts."
Raghav gave a annoying looked to Soniya pseudo smiled him.

Raghav masked a mocking smile and said "Sir jab padhate hai tab kya tum gadhe baich ke so rahi hoti ho"

"Ghadha nahi ghoda hota hai, aur nahi mai so nahi rahi hoti" Soniya said keeping her smile, to showoff her good girl image.

"Tumhari harkate dekh ke gadha bola tha," Raghav said rolling his eyes.

Soniya passed a tight smile and clenched her fist to control her anger.
