*Warning - forced kiss

As  he made his way to the stage for the ceremony, his attention was drawn to her, who entered the hall with his sister beside her.

Despite the busy atmosphere, he couldn’t help but notice how nervous she looked. It was as if she was fighting every instinct to run away, to hide away from the world that had once hurt her so deeply. He noticed the way her fingers were gripping her saree and the slight shaking in her hand as she accepted a cold drink.

Yet, even in her unease, she was captivating—her beauty was undeniable, a quiet elegance that drew him in, no matter how much he tried to resist it.

She was introduced as his sister’s friend to his friends and relatives. He noticed how how she tried to calm herself with the help of cold drink.

As she made her way through the crowd, she caught the eye of one of his cousins, a man in a sleek black suit. He approached her with a charming smile, extending his hand. "Care to dance?" he asked.

She  hesitated, casting a glance from the man to the floor, clearly nervous about drawing unwanted attention. But with a hesitant nod, she accepted the invitation.

His eyes were fixed on her,
His heart thudded painfully in his chest as he watched the man speak to her, his words too distant to be heard but clearly

She took the cousin’s hand, trying to ignore the burning gaze from across the room.

His hands clenched into fists at his sides, nails digging into his palms as he struggled to maintain his composure. He was supposed to be moving on, focusing on the ceremony. But all he could see was her, swaying in the arms of another man.

Every moment she spent in that man’s arms felt like an eternity. He wanted to tear her away from the man, to drag her out of this hall.

He didn’t know how much longer he could watch the woman he loved twirl in another man’s arms while he stood helpless on the stage.

By the end of the ceremony, he could no longer control himself when he saw they were still together casually chatting. The moment the crowd thinned,  he reached their side, ignoring his cousin's surprised look, he  grabbed her arm in a tight grip.

"Come with me," he said, his voice low.

He didn’t waited for her response, didn’t give her a chance to protest. He dragged her through the crowd and towards the room.

They reached his room, and he shut the door behind them in a loud thud. "How could you?" he demanded, his voice trembling with frustration and hurt. "How could you just stand there, dancing with him like it means nothing?  Do you know what it does to me, seeing you with him?"

"I don't know, please, please leave my hand?" she replied in trembling voice, trying to make her arm free.

"I was just dancing."

"Dancing?" he repeated, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "You think you can just dance with anyone while I’m sitting there, watching?"

He clenched his fists, his frustration boiling over. "You can’t run away with me, but you can dance with everyone else? You don’t get to decide how this ends."

Before she could respond, suddenly in a second he closed the distance between them and pushed her against the wall and kissed her roughly, his lips crashing onto hers with a desperate intensity. She was caught off guard, her mind spinning as the sudden flood of emotions overwhelmed her. She pushed him away, gasping for breath as she looked at him, wide-eyed and disoriente

"What are you doing?" she whispered, her voice trembling.

He stepped back, running a hand through his hair.

He looked at her, his eyes filled with raw anguish. “I can’t stand seeing you with someone else,” he admitted, his voice trembling. “It drives me insane. It’s so hard seeing you with another man... It makes me want to do crazy things, like kiss you in front of everyone, just to show them you’re mine.”

Tears streamed down her face as she shook her head. “I feel like a homewrecker,” she confessed, her voice breaking. “Like...like  I’m just a... keep. What kind of life is this? What have I become?”

He stepped closer, his eyes softening as he spoke gently, “You’re not a homewrecker. You’re the woman I love. And I don’t care what anyone thinks anymore.”

“No,” she said, her voice trembling. “I am,I am a homewrecker. I’m stealing another woman’s man. I don’t want to be the reason for breaking up a home.”

“No, you’re not anything!” he shouted, his voice breaking with emotion. “You think you’re a kept woman, a homewrecker? You think you’re just a secret I can’t handle?”

She looked away, her face flushed with a mix of shame and hurt. “I don’t know what I am anymore.”

His eyes flared with irritation. “What are you talking about? I don’t belong to anybody but you.” His voice calm but dominating as he continued, “We’re getting married right now. I don't care whether you agree or not."

Her eyes widened with fear. “What are you talking about?” she stammered. “We can’t get married. It’s impossible.”

He stepped closer, “No, we are getting married,” his voice firm. He stared at her, his expression a storm of emotion. “You don’t know what storm is coming for you,” he said, his voice low and urgent. "If we don’t take this step now, I don’t know how we’ll ever make it through, if I ever will be able to forgive myself.”

She looked at him, her heart racing, her fear mixing with slight hope. “You’re not thinking clearly. This isn’t the solution.”

His voice softened but remained resolute. “Maybe it isn’t, but it’s the only one I have left.”
