Denki's POV:

As I enter the class I head straight for the desk behind Tokoyami, because it is in the very back corner of the class where the teacher is less likely to call on people.

"Hey kaminabe!!" Mina excitedly says once she spots me walking over.

She then launches her body at me to embrace me in a hug, which I make sure is no longer than a few seconds.

"Hey, Mina. How are you doing!" I respond as brightly as I can muster.

"Oh, I'm okay. I think I failed the text from yesterday though. It was sooooo hard, I swear Mr. Aizawa didn't even answer half of the questions on the quiz in class."

"I don't think it was that bad '' states Kirishima as he walks over with Bakugo and Sero close behind him.

I sat there quietly as once again I was left out of the conversation with the group around me.

Suddenly Mr.Aizawa hobbles into class in his dirty yellow sleeping bag, a tired-looking boy with purple hair following close behind him.

"Everyone quiet and to your seats!" he says in a loud and harsh tone, causing the students in the class to rush to their seats and wait for the instructions for the day.

In a tired voice, Mr. Aizawa told us the reason for the new boy standing in front of the class, "We will be having a new student today because Mineta got expelled for sneaking into the girl's locker room last week, as well as other things." At this, all of the girls and a few of the boys in the class cheered.

Mr. Aizawa then turned to the purple-haired boy and told him to introduce himself and then sit at the empty desk beside me.

"My name is Hitoshi Shinsou. I'm here to become a hero, not your friend." The boy, Shinsou, said in a cold but tired way, sort of like the teacher who was a few feet away crawling into his sleeping bag.

"I don't feel like teaching today, so do as you'd like as long as it doesn't bother me or cause a fight to start." In the last part, he gave a pointed glare at Bakugo.

At that, everyone started to cheer silently knowing that if we celebrated too loud Mr. Aizawa would be mad and have us do an 'exercise to increase our stamina' aka a death sentence.

Once the teacher had finally fallen asleep and everyone was with their 'squad' or group they all started to talk about random things like the test we had yesterday or what to do on the upcoming weekend, and as always I sat there in the background, forgotten, like always.
