A crib.

I'm lying in a crib.

A damn baby crib.

That vampire is sleeping so peacefully next to me, while I'm struggling with the lightheadedness she left me with. Looking at her is so infuriating. She's sleeping so peacefully because of ME!

Well, not so peacefully; she keeps moving, but still!

Also! The blood sucking thing is pretty cool; Jolene might be right; it does kind of feel good.

She got out of bed and made her way to me. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest as I tried to control my breathing, not wanting to give away that I was awake. The sound of her footsteps grew closer, and I held my breath, waiting to see what she would do next. "I can hear your heartbeat," she said blankly, picking me up like I weight fucking nothing, which's humiliating and quite sexy. "Let go of me!" I squealed, not expecting her to carry me, and I was barely in the air before she put me down. "Like I want to hold you," she mumbled with an eye roll.

Rude.

She went to the bathroom, with a frown on her stupid, very pretty morning face. After what felt like an eternity, she finally emerged, dressed in a dark gray suit, not fully buttoned up, showing those perfectly toned abs, and those breasts.

God, I'm no better than a man; I'm worst.

"Did I allow you to stare?" She raised an eyebrow, turning her body to not be in my vision line. "They stared first." I blurted the first thought that came to mind, cringing right after I said that.

She stared at me irritably and rolled her eyes, facing the mirror to fix the tie, and I saw the corners of her lips turning upwards with a head shake.

For your information, I was watching how she ties her tie, not her lips; that's weird.

Uhm, anyway.

I went to the bathroom, finding a new toothbrush laid out for me. I did my business and exited the bathroom. "There are new clothes for you in that closet, and um, diapers in case you need them." She said not even looking at me, too focused on her papers.

I blushed at the thought and nodded in response. I opened the little closet and found ALL baby clothes.

Seriously?!

"Wow, all of them are for babies!" I said, swallowing the urge to roll my eyes. She looked over at the onesie I was holding up, nodding approvingly.

I took the most normal looking one and a towel, that had animal drawings on it. "You're not showering alone, child, not in my bathroom; I don't like messes; do not move," she said with an annoyed sigh.

She left to go get Jolene, looking very angry, slamming the door behind her.

I don't like this.

Jolene walked in literally seconds later, looking far happier than she should be. "Let's go, kid." She stifled her laughter, walking me out of the room. "Why are you laughing?" I asked, puzzled by her unusually happy demeanor. "I never thought I needed to see Billie struggle with you, child." Jolene laughed "You should've seen her expression; she looked like she was about to explode, and you're not even that little!"

I chuckled at the image of Billie's frustration. "I'd kill to see Billie with an in space little; please slip Rora, act like it! Do it to avenge Hazel's honor!" She begged, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Hell, no! That bitch's terrifying! I'm good, thank you; also, I could never act like a baby!" I refused immediately.
