Second Chance Chapter 1

Lan wangji open his eyes and find out he is in jingshi. He try to get up but feel sudden pain in back and cannot able to get up.
As he try to recall what happen. He took wei ying from nightless city in front of all cultivational sect. He took wei ying to burial mound in demon slaughtering cave.
He try to give spiritual energy to wei ying but wei ying remove his hand and repeat only one word-GET LOST, GET LOST.
seeing the devastating state of wei ying, he thought there is no another chance to confess the secret that lan zhan kept from whole world or wei ying from the time he has first time saw wei ying on roof of cloud recess.

Lan zhan heard foot approaching, he turn head and saw jiang wanyin. Lan zhan thought may be jiang wanyin want to save wei ying but then he saw pure hatred and anger in jiang wanyin eyes and lan zhan heart drop as jiang wanyin foot approach.
Jiang wanyin come near .wei ying saw jiang wanyin and gave him soft smile and said - Jiang cheng.
Jiang cheng with full of hatred said wei ying go and die.
Three thing happen at same time.
Lan zhan shout - stop Jiang wanyin.
and Jiang wanyin thrust his sword at stone near which wei ying  hanging.
Wei ying know that if Jiang cheng attack at same point with sword, stone will shatter and, lan zhan will also fall with wei ying.
So wei ying at that moment remove his hand from lan zhan hand and gave him soft sad smile . Lan zhan shouted wei ying name but no response.
Jiang wanyin went from there but lan zhan sitting there and shouting wei ying name.
After some time lan xichen come with lan elders, and took lan wangji back to cloud recess.
This time there is no answer from lan wangji, he silently followed lan xichen without fight, because there is no reason of fight. Hanguanjun lost motivation of fight and bichen loses its fighting spirit.
Lan wangji kneel in ancestoral hall.
In front of lan wangji, lan qiren and  lan elders are standing.
Lan qiren- i am very disappointed in you wangji. You broke many rule of lan sect but most importantly you broke 52nd rule.
What is 52nd rule wangji.
