Triton woke up panting; he sighed in relief-thank God it was just a nightmare.

"What nightmare?" A voice said out of nowhere. Triton jumped, realizing someone was right next to him.

That's when it clicked; he looked at his surroundings-this wasn't his house.

Then he looked at the man. "WHO ARE YOU? WHERE AM I?" Triton yelled out, panicking.

"Calm down, Triton, you're okay," the man said as he smiled at him.

Triton stared at him, shocked. "How do you know my name?" he asked.

Hundreds of thoughts rushed through his head. How does he know who he is? How did he know his name? How did he get information about him? How did he know where he lived?

The man answered him. "I know many things about you."

Triton got up from the bed and sprinted-or at least tried to. The man grabbed him and pulled him back onto the chair he had just been sitting on earlier.

He held Triton down as he grabbed the rope and started to tie him up. Triton tried to pull away, but he was just held down tighter.

Once the man tied him up completely, he grabbed something, and that's when Triton was able to speak again.

"LET ME GO!!! LET ME GO!!! FUCK OFF!! YOU BASTARD!!!! LET. ME. GO!!!!!" Triton kept screaming, yelling, and shouting at the man.

The man put down what he had grabbed and pulled out a knife, showing it to Triton.

This shut Triton up quickly as he saw the man sway the knife back and forth.

"Are you hungry?" he asked. Triton just looked at him; he hadn't eaten in a while, but he wasn't going to eat whatever this person gave him.

"No," Triton said stubbornly. Then, soon, his stomach rumbled. God fucking dammit, he thought.

The man grabbed the item he had earlier-it was a bowl with meat soup inside. He grabbed the spoon and held it in front of Triton.

Triton, of course, didn't open his mouth. The man put the spoon back in the bowl and grabbed the knife again.

Even after he had the knife in his hand, Triton still did not open his mouth. The man slashed his arm, but Triton did not budge.

He did it again and again, yet Triton still kept his mouth shut as well as his eyes, tears threatening to spill.

"Huh, you're tougher than I thought," the man said casually, putting the knife down on the table and grabbing something else: salt.

The man poured some salt into his hand and hovered his hand over one of his wounds.

Triton looked at him with fear in his eyes as the man poured salt on his wound.

Triton screamed as he felt a sharp, burning sensation; it hurt like fucking hell. The man stopped and looked at Triton; he was crying and breathing heavily.

"Are you going to start eating now, or do I have to continue with your punishment?" The man asked, looking at Triton with annoyance.

Triton didn't respond, and soon a spoon was held in front of his mouth again.

He didn't want to feel that pain again and reluctantly opened his mouth. The man put the spoon in Triton's mouth, and the boy swallowed the soup.

Surprisingly, it wasn't as bad as Triton thought it would be, even though it tasted a bit off.

He kept eating more of the meat soup this person was giving him until he finished it all.

"Good, now that wasn't that hard, was it?" The man said; Triton just glared at him.

"What is your name, and who are you?" Triton questioned, albeit bitterly.

"Neptune, and I'm your new father," Neptune said happily yet bluntly.

"You're not my father, asshole!" Triton spat out angrily.

"Well, you don't have a choice, so you might as well get used to it, or..." Neptune grabbed the blood-covered knife.

"I can help you get used to it," Neptune finished as he pointed the knife at Triton.

Triton looked at the knife, then back at Neptune with fear in his eyes.

He wasn't easily scared, but at the same time, he had been kidnapped, tied up, was bleeding, had been fed possibly poisoned food, and most of all, was now being threatened again.

Neptune just stared at him, not blinking once. Creepy, he thought. "F-fine, just let me go," he said lowly.

"Okay!" Neptune said, and he put the knife down and took the ropes off.

Once free, Neptune stood up. "You should go to sleep. You'll meet your siblings tomorrow."

Triton replied back with a mumbled "okay" before going to the bed in his supposed room.

Neptune closed the door as Triton tried to stay up but felt so exhausted.

He didn't know why; he just thought, "Fuck it, I'll escape tomorrow," and went back to bed, falling asleep.

Triton unknowingly ate some sleeping pills Neptune had put in his soup.

Neptune knew Triton would try to escape, even though all the windows were bolted shut.

He still didn't want Triton to try to escape, even though it was impossible. After all, it's better to be safe than sorry.
