Chapter 1: how it started♡

Time: around 4 pm
Location: Hybe High School (made up hs)
Event: Graduation Class of 2022

"here he comes get ready!" whisper shouted Jake at Riki. Riki nodded and prepared to let go of the rope and let the slime fall on the teacher's head.

As soon as the door opened, *splash* "what the fuck?!" exclaimed Sunghoon as he had entered the door and slime fell on his head, ruining his graduation gown, his handsome face, and his smooth and silky hair.

He looked at Jake and Riki and glared at them. Jake ran outside the class with a shout "sorry riks but i had to leave!" Sunghoon watched as Jake left Riki behind and then started at Riki.

"uh sorry dude?" said Riki as he put one of his hands behind his head. Sunghoon rolled his eyes at his lame ass apology and said "what do you mean sorry? you ruined my graduation gown and the graduation is in a few minutes!"

"look I'm sorry ok? it wasn't meant for you." said Riki as he sighed."then who was it for?" asked Sunghoon, raising one of his eyebrows at Riki.

"uh.. one of the teachers that i had this year." said Riki, looking down.

"whatever. you're gonna have to either buy me another graduation gown or give me yours." said Sunghoon as he started to take off his graduation hat and gown which were all sticky and slimy because of the slime.

"hell no! it was on accident! besides Jake hyung told me the teacher was coming not you!" said Riki as he looked at Sunghoon who was serious.

"well i don't care. you're gonna do it either way. now either buy me a new one or give me yours." said Sunghoon now extra mad as he saw that Riki didn't want to at least buy him another gown as he was the one who fucked it up.

"i said i'm not paying for it!"
"yes you are!"
"no!"
"you ruined it! so buy me a new one!"
"it wasn't meant for you!"
"you still ruined it!"
"hmph well then go buy yourself a new one!"
"no because you ruined it!"
"stop being a bitch about it! it's just a gown!"

Sunghoon froze and looked at Riki. "what did you just call me?" said Sunghoon as he grabbed Riki by the collar.

"hey—dude let go. you're hurting me!" cried Riki as Sunghoon grip on his collar was getting tighter. Sunghoon let go of him, still glaring at him.

"look i'm sorry. i'll buy you one if you stop acting like a bi—" froze Riki mid sentence as he saw Sunghoon's glares which he didn't want to admire but those glares sent chills down his spine.

"forget it, i don't need it anymore." scoffed Sunghoon as he was about to turn around and leave.

"whatever, i wasn't gonna buy it either way." mumbled Riki but Sunghoon heard him. Sunghoon was about to say something when a teacher came in.

"what the hell is this?! who did this?!" said the teacher looking and pointing between Sunghoon and Riki as he looked at the slime almost everywhere on the floor.

Sunghoon pointed at Riki and Riki pointed at Sunghoon. Sunghoon got even more annoyed and mad at Riki blaming him when Riki was the one who did it.

The teacher sighed and said "these kids, ok you know what since none of you want to tell the truth you are both not attending the graduation!"

Sunghoon and Riki were both shocked."what? that's not fair! he was the one who did it!" said Riki pointing at Sunghoon. Sunghoon looked at him in disbelief and said "me?! you were the one who did it and ruined my gown!"

"what? that's not—" but Riki got interrupted. "look i don't care who did it! so both of you are not attending the graduation! and no more complaining!" finished off the teacher and turned around but not before saying "and clean this mess right away!"

"this is your fault!" said Riki at Sunghoon. "how the fuck is this my fault?!" said Sunghoon back now super duper angry.

"whatever, you're cleaning this up!" said Riki as he was about to run when a hand grabbed his wrist and pushed him back.

"where the fuck do you think you're going?" said Sunghoon, raising his eyebrow at Riki and still holding his wrist.

"hey let go! what's your problem dude?" said Riki as again Sunghoon's grip was getting tighter on his wrist. Sunghoon brought him closer to him and said "you're cleaning this up whether you like it or not." in his ear.

"hey—what the hell! get a-away from me!" said Riki as he could feel his cheeks getting warm by Sunghoon's voice in his ear. He yeeted his hand away from Sunghoon's grip and held onto it. Sunghoon just smirked as he saw Riki's cheeks getting warm.

And just like that they both missed the biggest day of their lives because of a stupid little prank.

They didn't even know each other and they started hating on each other because of that and since that day until now.

They hated each other even more when they realized they were both in the same friend group and always bickering, fighting over little things, etc.
