When you're bestfriends with somebody for seven years you can tell them anything. She knew every detail of my life, from my first ever boyfriend to what my entire body looked like. No secrets. I mean I hid a few things, but sooner or later she found out.

"Shit, you're not supposed to be up yet." I whispered while I fell out of Sterling's grip.

"Why the hell are you laying with my brother, on my couch?"

I didn't know how to respond when suddenly Sterling started yelling,
"Well maybe if you didn't leave Taylor to hangout with your other friends, I wouldn't have had to sit with her all night until she fell asleep!"

I could tell those words hurt Courtney, she did leave me sitting alone by the fire to be with every one else, and he did stay with me all night, but the way he said it, made it sound like a lie.
I knew Sterling was gonna keep everything we did a secret, us even kissing, which we did multiple times that night, was almost illegal it was only days till he would be 17.

Courtney broke the silence by muttering, "Taylor I'm sorry, I should've stayed with you last night." she almost was on the verge of crying. She knew of my problems and he made it sound like I was having an anxiety or panic attack last night.
Finally after it was all over I felt horrible, I felt like I lied.

I felt terrible. I couldn't even tell her about me and her brother.
