Hey... How y'all doing?😭
I didn't to actually not have time to this extent, I am so sorry if y'all expected an update earlier💔
Anyways, I'm still busy, but can't sleep so here goes nothing😪

....

Everyone soon woke up and joined in the reaction room. This time around, the people were more comfortable with the setting, having made friends during breaks, having gotten comfortable enough to walk around.

The Jiangs and Lans still sat together, so did the Jins, Wens and the people of the future.

Thought Jiang and Nie disciples were all over the place, the main family and Wei Wuxian sat in the same spot as usual. Nie Huaisang sat with them, between Wei Wixian an Jiang Cheng, eating quietly as the family spoke of something he believed he wasn't meant to hear.

As the people got acquainted with their new seatmates, the screen turned back on. This time no words came from the control room, but the scene started right away as they still quited down.

Lan SiZhui commanded, “Take hold of her!”

"What is happening again?" Xiao Xingchen whispered to his new friends who both shook their heads.

A little girl soon joined the trio, climbing the cushion so she was sitting in between Xingchen and his new friend. "The woman's arm doesn't look normal" she said while backing into the seat so her back was against the rest, making her small legs dangle off the edge.

"Ooh" the two younger boys responded in unision.

"What’s you're name?" The older 9 year old boy asked making the two younger turn to the girl that sat between them aswell.

"A'qing." She responded with a toothy smile.

The third boy, who sat to her left also introduced himself and the rest, "Mine is Xue Yang, he's Xiao Xingchen and the oldest is Song Lan" he introduced and she nodded as the boy pointed at everyone.

Xingchen sat to A'qing's right and Zichen was next to him. The four got to speaking almost immidiatly. Being some of the younger people present in this wierd room.

A few boys grabbed Madame Mo. Lan SiZhui said “excuse me” and was prepared to slap down a talisman when Madame Mo’s left hand suddenly twisted in an absurd way, aiming for his throat.

"Lan's are so odd.." mumbled a cultivator and many mumbled agreements.

At the same time, Wei Wuxian felt an inate fear seeing the way the ghost arm twisted, fisting his robes as he could feel anxiety overwhelming him at the thought of the little Lan hier being in danger.

Unless one’s bones had been broken, it was impossible for a living person to twist their arm like this. She attacked quickly, and was extremely close to grabbing onto his neck, when at the same time, Lan JingYi shouted “hey” and threw himself in front of Lan SiZhui, blocking the hand for him.

Gasps filled the hall, as all began to pay proper attention to what was going on.

A flash passed, and as soon as the arm grabbed Lan JingYi’s shoulder, green flames ignited on his arm, making it loosen its grip. Lan SiZhui escaped death, and was about to thank Lan JingYi for it, when he saw that half of the latter’s uniform had already been burnt to ashes, looking quite awkward. Lan JingYi took off the other half of his uniform and scolded, fuming with rage, “Why did you kick me, you lunatic? Did you want to kill me?”

Wei WuXian scampered away like a frightened rat, “It wasn’t me!”

It was him.
