Summer Camp Island, 12:00 AM.
The day begins once again, this time it was quite windy and the only thing that could be heard on the island was the sound of the leaves rustling and the campers talking and playing together as always. They were all sitting on the floor in Oscar's cabin, the place was a mess with a lot of paper thrown about and they were all laughing while making paper airplanes, taking advantage of the strong wind to have fun. Oscar was trying to make a traditional paper airplane with "Combat O.P. No. 1" written on the right wing, and he managed to do a great job even though the wings ended up a little asymmetrical and irregular.
"Ok... I think it turned out good..." - He says looking at his newest creation. His friend Hedgehog who was right behind him sitting on the bed full of sheets of paper looks over his shoulder curiously after hearing him say that.
"Have you finished your plane Oscar? I'm almost done with mine, just a few details left." - She says as she folds some pieces of paper for her plane using a ruler. - "If you need help with yours, just let me know, okay?" - She says, focused, as she folds the pieces of paper perfectly with her ruler.
"No need, I've already finished mine." - He says with a smile on his face and a little proud. - "I just don't know if it'll fly..." - Hedgehog smiles and casually sits on the floor next to her friend, leaving the pile of papers that was previously in her hand on the bed.
"I'm sure it'll fly, even if it's all weird, but it'll fly! In this crazy wind, anything can fly, just look out the window, not even the aliens can drive properly!" - She says, pointing to the window, and from there, the two see a UFO flying in a zigzag pattern in the air until it suddenly crashes into a tree and invades a squirrel's burrow, which immediately starts arguing with the alien who was driving the UFO.
"Poor squirrels..." - He looks at his plane and more confidently he says. - "What do you know? You're right, and if he doesn't fly it doesn't matter, we have a lot of paper anyway." - He says confidently pointing to a comically large pile of paper near his other friends.
"That's how you say it!" - Hedgehog says before going back to folding his pile of sheets that was on the bed into a perfect paper airplane.
Oscar then admires his airplane for a while until he gets tired and decides to see what his friends have done so far. He gets up and approaches his two friends, Max the bat boy and Lucy the yeti, sitting in the middle of the two while they make their airplanes.
"Hey guys, what kind of airplanes are you going to make for the race?" - The boy asks, leaning over a little to see what they were doing. Max, seeing his friend's curiosity, just smiles and shows him a very beautiful and detailed paper airplane with well-made wings, almost looking like some kind of military plane made of paper.
"I'm making a fighter plane that I saw in that action movie at our last movie session, pretty cool, huh?" - He says while drawing some lightning bolts on the airplane wings.
"That's so cool.... Hey Lucy, look at Ma-... ah..." - Before she could finish speaking, Oscar saw his friend struggling a bit, the paper that was supposed to be his airplane had been folded so many times that now it looked like just a crumpled piece of paper that had been folded into the shape of an airplane. The girl sighed deeply and stared at the crumpled paper airplane until she noticed Oscar's presence.
"What do you want, Oscar?" - She said, moving her airplane to the side with her foot, trying to keep it out of sight. Oscar got closer to his friend, and with a simple gesture of his hand he asked to see what she was hiding, and then the girl, a little sullen, handed the crumpled airplane to the boy, turning her face away at the same time to avoid embarrassment or possible judgment from the boy.
