You're not alone on the field

William Marsden sounded shocked by the sight of Darren Yugo jogging onto the field and acknowledging the rookie who took his position "The Premier League Veteran over at Kingston F.C. was bought by Rowland just 4 years ago - since his arrival with the inclusion of manager Gregory Keyes revived this historic club. And with runners-up finishes last year in the premier league and UEFA Darren Yugo hopes to bring a trophy back to Rowland not for him but for the fans!"

"Just over 20 minutes eh, Tobes?" Darren said to McManus with a smile on his face with his arms on his hips overlooking the view of the raucous crowd all around him

"It's the home stretch," Toby replied sternly

"Indeed it is. Just over 20 more minutes. Let's finish strong."

"Hmm Hmm" Toby mumbled

Darren ran with a slight limp but kept up with the Essen-Mulheim players even with the impediment. Fridrich Abt was pretty much non-existent in this game. With a few touches and passes to other players it seemed he was conserving his energy for a time like this. The last 20 minutes of a game is considered a time where "The strong become weak and the prey become the predators"

Anything and everything could happen during this time, becoming a legendary moment in the sport. With Billions of people watching an iconic last-second moment would be remembered for all eternity and now it's that time.

Suddenly William Marsden yelled with a hoarse voice, Essen players running jovially on the field and the substitutes hugging each other, Diego Fuentes just a humble fist pump

"With 73:56 on the clock Friedrich Abt the Portuguese born German with a scorcher to tie it up at 1! With a kick landing on the back right corner of the net 25 yards away from the goal the Rowland goalie Tikhonov couldn't reach it!"

"Son of a bitch!" Darren said

As he stood on the spot where he looked at Friedrich's Bullet shoot past he quieted and started to breathe through his nose to calm himself. Amid this meditation, he began hearing the jeers of the Rowland fans:

"Why'd you play with the rank ankle!"

"You old fuck get off the pitch!"

"My gran could've gotten to the ball and she's 6 feet under!"

"Stop sleeping out there!"

"Fucking Yugo, you Cunt!"

"Fuckin' 'ell," Darren whispered

"Hey relax man that wasn't on you." Samuel Vilbergssen said with a hand tapping Darren's shoulder

"I know it wasn't, but..." Darren said before he got interrupted

"Dude shut the fuck up. You've played professionally since I was in grade school. You're the true captain I just have this because of formalities but this armband should be on your arm." Vilbergseen said

"Thanks. But no thanks. Today it's yours, tomorrow it'll be mine. Let's just fucking forget that goal happened." Darren said as he jogged lightly to the midline

"It's unlucky that Friedrich scored in the first minutes when you just got on," Samuel said jokingly

"Shut it you Swede," Darren said turning his head

"I'm Icelandic!" Sam yelled

"What's the difference? Swede – Serbian. Today we are brothers!" Darren said with a smirk

"You sound like a bitch!" Sam yelled

"Fuck you." Darren said turning back now speeding up to the center of the pitch

"Fuck you too Yogi." Sam whispered to himself a gentle closed mouth smile strewn on his face
