It Starts With A Lawsuit

It's so time. I'm currently sat in a cafe with Glen. He's even more attractive in person. Why are all the hot guys always the worst, this isn't fair. We barely spoken. Instead we both silently sip on our coffees. I cringe at Glen's order, he got a hot black. Just plain black coffee. Compared to my own, I look like a total basic white girl. I look down at my sweet vanilla iced latte. This awkward silence has gone to far. He finally speaks.

"You smell very good." What the fuck, we barely said a simple hello, and this man is sniffing me. He continues on, "not like I'm smelling you, that sounded weird, I mean your perfume smells quite nice." His face relaxes when he sees me let out a smirk.

"You smell like shit." I decided back.

"Excuse you, but I am wearing my favorite cologne, right now." He sounds defensive.

"Relax, I'm kidding."

Our conversation lingers on different topics like, favorite colors, his being purple and mine is orange.

Our next topics included, the weather and the normal small talk. We get interrupted by a swarm of people. All with cameras. We had an idea that maybe people would take pictures but not crowd around us. I hate crowds. My fans are usually respectful one on one fan meetings, not crowded shouting people. They're his fans. I feel the color drain from my face.
My eyes are racing. No. This can't be happening. But yet it is, an episode in one of the worst times, Im in front of 40 cameras being recorded. I know that these people will post this everywhere, that's even more frightening. My eyes meet Glen's. His face seemed to drop when he saw me. He knows something is wrong, it's obvious.

He sits up, grabs me from my seat, and tells me to hold on. He lifted me on his back running in the direction of his car. He ran like his life depended on it. The crowd trying to catch up, but luckily he runs as if he did track as a kid. We get to his car, he helps me off his back and into his passenger seat. He quickly gets to the drivers side and locks the door.

"What's wrong?" A question I never thought I would hear from Glen Grey.
