"I can't believe I'm being forced into this," Jungkook muttered, adjusting his cufflinks as he stood in front of the luxury department store.
"Tell me about it," Jimin replied, his voice laced with sarcasm. "I'm thrilled to be marrying a dickhead like you."
Jungkook shot him a withering look. "And I'm delighted to be marrying a chicken like you."
Their parents had insisted they go together to purchase their wedding suits and rings, hoping the outing would help them bond. But as they entered the store, it became clear that their animosity towards each other was only growing.
"Let's just get this over with," Jungkook said, striding ahead to the menswear section.
Jimin followed, his eyes scanning the racks with disdain. "I don't see why we need to wear matching suits. It's so tacky."
"Because our parents want us to present a united front, apparently," Jungkook replied, his tone dripping with disdain.
As they began trying on suits, their bickering continued. Jungkook criticized Jimin's taste, calling his choices "garish" and "immature." Jimin retaliated by mocking Jungkook's "stuffy" and "boring" selection
Jimin struggled to button up his suit, his face scrunched in discomfort. "This is too tight!" he exclaimed, tugging at the fabric.
Jungkook, who was standing nearby, raised an eyebrow. "You should have thought of that before you chose the wrong size."
Jimin glared at him. "I did not choose the wrong size! This suit is just defective or something."
Jungkook sighed and walked over to Jimin. "Let me take a look."
As Jungkook reached out to adjust Jimin's suit, their eyes met, and for a moment, they just stared at each other. Jimin's face grew hot, and he looked away, trying to break the spell.
But Jungkook just chuckled and leaned in closer, his breath whispering against Jimin's ear. "You look like you're about to burst out of that suit, Jimin."
Jimin's cheeks flushed red, and he pushed Jungkook away. "Shut up! And stop teasing me!"
Jungkook grinned and stepped back, his eyes still sparkling with amusement. "Oh, I'm just getting started."
Their argument attracted the attention of the other shoppers, who began to stare. Jungkook and Jimin were oblivious, too caught up in their own dislike for each other.
When it was time to choose their wedding rings, the tension between them was palpable. Jungkook insisted on a simple, elegant design, while Jimin wanted something more flashy and extravagant.
"This is ridiculous," Jungkook said, throwing up his hands. "We're never going to agree on anything."
"Maybe we should just call off the wedding," Jimin suggested, his eyes glinting with mischief.
Jungkook's face darkened. "You think I'd let you off that easily? We're in this together, whether we like it or not."
As they left the store, their parents beaming with pride over their matching suits and rings, Jungkook and Jimin exchanged a look of pure loathing. Little did they know, their hatred was about to ignite a passion that would change everything...
