Chapter 4 – A Night That Changed Everything

Morning After…

The first rays of sunlight filtered into the dimly lit VVIP suite, casting a soft glow over the room. Shivanya stirred slightly, feeling warmth against her body. She instinctively snuggled closer to the firm yet oddly comforting embrace. But as her senses slowly awakened, realization dawned upon her.

A sudden wave of panic surged through her as she felt a strong arm wrapped tightly around her waist, a muscular leg draped over her own. A slow, warm breath fanned across her face, sending shivers down her spine.

She turned her head slightly, her breath hitching in her throat.

Rudraksh Singh Oberoi.

Her heart pounded so loudly that she feared it might wake him up. His face, so close to hers, looked surprisingly peaceful—serene even. The hard, intimidating exterior he wore while awake was replaced by something softer, something almost vulnerable. But that wasn’t what shook her the most.

What shook her was the undeniable fact that she was naked. Under him.

Her entire body tensed as flashes from the previous night hit her like a violent storm. The drunken laughter. His piercing gaze. The way he carried her effortlessly. The way she had stopped him from leaving.

The way she had kissed him first.

Her fingers dug into the silk sheets, her breath coming in shallow gasps.

No… no… this can’t be happening.

Tears welled up in her eyes as she bit down on her trembling lips.

Mahadev, yeh maine kya kar diya?
(Oh Mahadev, what have I done?)

She forced herself to calm down, but the dull ache between her legs was a cruel reminder of the intimacy they had shared. Heat crawled up her neck as she dared to glance at him again. He was still asleep, his grip on her relaxed just a little.

Summoning every ounce of strength, she carefully peeled his arm off her waist, holding her breath as he shifted slightly. When he didn’t wake up, she quickly sat up, wrapping the sheet around herself.

But the moment she tried to stand, a sharp pain shot through her core, making her whimper. She clutched her abdomen, realizing how sore she was. Her legs felt weak, as if they’d betray her any moment.

And then, another painful realization hit her—she needed to leave. Now.

If he woke up and saw her like this, what would he think? She didn’t know how he would react. Would he regret it? Would he be disgusted?
