Background Information: The year is 2029. By this time ENHYPEN would've already disbanded. Ni-ki will be 24 while the main character, Jeon Jihye will be 22. Jeon Jihye is in her 2nd year of university while Ni-ki is in his 1st.

"Are you okay?", asked the tall male shadowing Jihye, who was now splattered on the ground after her planner got flung in the air.

"O-oh, I'm fine!", she replied as she stood up.

"Oh okay", the duck-face man nonchalantly said while picking up her planner and handing it to her. "You don't know me, do you?" His eyebrows raised as his eyes which showed a skeptical look stared at her. They shimmered as dark as the night sky, clashing beautifully with his glass skin that showed the brightness in him. He had a duck face, which suited his looks. It was him. The one and only. Him?! Out of 8 billion people on earth, how could he be at her university?!

"W-what? Oh uh, well not really!" Well, least not personally.

"Phew, that's good", the Ni-ki sighed in relief. Then he muttered to himself so quietly that he thought Jihye couldn't hear, "-wouldn't want those invasive fans around me." Of course, Ni-ki loved his engenes to bits and pieces, but that does not include the ones that were overly aggressive with him. Plus, he didn't want a lot of his fans to pester him while he was there studying. Suddenly, he remembered that he was in need of a new tour guide, and took his chance. "I'm new at this university, and I missed the tour around campus. Would you care to show me around?"

"I-I", Jihye stammered. It suddenly felt weird talking to the person who literally helped her get through her hard senior days, who was literally her coping mechanism, even though he didn't even know who Jihye even was. It suddenly reminded her of that one memory she had on that one day, 5 years ago, when she was in 12th grade.

The young Jihye 5 years ago was sitting on a field on New Years Day, trying to find an escape from school and her own home. It would be about 120 minutes before the new year would arrive.  Jihye was busy scrolling on her iPhone that she got from her part-time job at a boba cafe when she stumbled on a TikTok post some group had made. It was the member Ni-ki dancing to their song with some other k-pop idol.

K-pop? Seems trendy these days. Should I get into it?, Jihye thought to herself. She went on Tiktok's search bar and tapped the letters "E-N-H-Y-P-E-N". Then, after a few videos, she learned that the group had formed from a survival show called "I-LAND." She then searched it up on a website and started watching them. Jihye had to admit, the show was cruel. But it comforted her, in a strange way. Through contacting other ENGENES and learning that they were also in similar situations as she was, with ENHYPEN as the place they call home, it made her feel that she wasn't the only one suffering.

As the last second of the first episode finished, Jihye couldn't help but smile at her phone, knowing she found a new virtual place to call her home. As she clicked onto the second episode, she heard sounds of booming. Her eyes began to look up as the gold-colored fires clashed together, creating beautiful fireworks, taped to the night sky. It all molded together to create the most beautiful thing the young Jihye had ever seen.
