Ok, so first, I know I haven't updated in a while, BUT I just found the story for your request lizisareader 🥳 I am not sure if that's what you wanted but I liked the idea so we'll see 🤷‍♀️

And also like I know that body image is one of the most common insecurity but can we talk about acne, like I don't think I have read an imagine that talked about that. I have had acne on my face and body for 3 years already!!! PLEASE, SOMEONE MAKE IT STOP 😭

Anyway

You were standing in front of a miror in your bathroom, poking and inspecting every inch of your face. Just like so many other teenagers, you had your insecurities, but unlike all of them, your mother was the famous pop-star Taylor Swift. Which was awesome, your mother was the best. You would never say anything less about her. But it also meant that the public eye was pretty often on you, and the smallest imperfection you could have was dissected and criticised.

Sadly for you, you had acne, a lot of it. As if it wasn't hard enough for you beauty magazines and some paparazzi didn't miss to remind it to you.

"Y/N have you tried to wash your face? It could help you."

Taylor Swift's daughter has been eating very unhealthy food recently, and the results are visible on her face.

Here are 5 tips to not end up with the same skin as Y/N Swift.

Could Taylor Swift be ashamed of her daughter's skin ? Here's why.

These were things you heard and saw on a daily basis. It wasn't like you did nothing to make it go away. Actually, it was quite the opposite. You had tried and still used so many products, but nothing. Your imperfections wouldn't budge.

You were tired of it. You just wanted it to go away. So that's why you were standing slightly over your sink so you could have a better view of the face you hated so much.

Suddenly, you hear a knock on the bathroom door.

"Y/n/n ? Sweety ? Are you ready for movie night ?" fear settled inside you as you heard your mother's voice. You didn't want your mother to see you inspecting your face like that. You knew she didn't like it when you did it.

"Yeah, I'll be out in a second, I just needed to check something in the mirror." the stress you felt was palpable in your answer, and Taylor didn't miss it.

"You sure you're okay ? Can I come in ?" you were fast enough to retrieve yourself from the miror and open the door before she could get any more suspicious.

"Let's go, I am so ready for movie night ! What are we watching tonight?" Taylor could see right thought your act, after all she has known you all your life, so you weren't fooling her and neither were the red spots that appeared right where you were poking your pimples.

"Y/N" she placed her fingers under your chin, which forced you to look in her eyes. They were nothing but loving and caring towards you. You had the same. But you were too busy noticing your imperfections to acknowledge the beauty of your eyes.
"Are you okay ?"

"Of course, why wouldn't I be? It's movie night after all, " was all you responded. You didn't want to seem ungrateful towards your mother. She did everything for you, and yet here you are feeling bad about yourself.

"What are those red marks on your skin ?" she insisted. She knew very well what you did in front of that miror, but she wanted you to open up to she, to trust her enough for her to see your vulnerable self.
