I wake up to the normal bang as I slowly stand out of my bed and change into new sweats and t shirt. The only good thing about this place is I can wear sweatpants everyday.
As I'm leaving my room I bump into Jisung, his face lighting up the second he sees me. he grabs my hand without a word and pulls me away from earshot of the rooms and into the common area.
he quickly sits down on the far couch pulling me down beside him before pelting me with questions of last night.
"So? What happened" he says, judging by his smile you would think me and Hyunjin got engaged
"Nothing" I say shrugging "we just talked" and slowly his smile dims down
"You didn't kiss?" he says surprised
"No! Why would we?" I say confused
"We left you guys alone for the night on purpose, duh" he says as if it was obvious. The way I remember it he left to have sex.
Just then Hyunjin and Minho emerge from their rooms and Jisung quickly drops the subject.
We all make our way to the table and sit down in silence when Minho starts talking to Jisung, thank god the last thing we need was awkward silence.
I watch Hyunjin as he settles into the chair, without his shirt as always. He then looks up across the table back at me for a moment but I quickly lock away and join in to Minho and Jisung conversation.
Suddenly the normal ladies emerge and place down our food, a bowl or cereal with almond milk, toast and an orange.
Minho and Jisung continue to talk as Hyunjin and I stay silently, listening to their conversations about favourite movies and tv.
"What's yours?" I hear Minho suddenly asked followed by silence. I zone back in and realize they were talking to me.
"Uhm I don't know" I say confused
"Your favourite tv show?" Jisung looks at me strange
"I don't know I guess the office" I say Jisung nods in agreement
"Hyunjin?" Jisung then asks and he just shakes his head
"You can't think of one show you liked?" Minho asks him confused
"I don't have one" he says simply
"Favourite movie?" Jisung asks now trying to get him to talk about anything and open up but he just shrugs and continues eating
"Artist?" I say suddenly a little floored he doesn't have a favourite movie or tv show
He looks up from his food at me for a moment before saying "Frank Ocean" and Minho and Jisung nod in agreement. I would've said the same thing.
After breakfast Minho went to testing while me and Jisung watched some tv, while Hyunjin went into the gym to work out. Couldn't be me.
The days are already starting to blend together, on days and off days of testing being the only real divide. I find myself staring at the wallpaper and small details of the room out of boredom. I can't imagine months of this.After lunch was over I walked over and started drawing with Jisung when suddenly Dr.Choi called my name, then Hyunjin?
I turn around to Hyunjin looking up off the couch at me confused then towards Dr,Choi.
I stand confused as it's not my day but continue to walk towards the big metal doors, meeting up with Dr.Choi .
"We are trying some group work today" he says with a kind smile and I turn to find Hyunjin walking towards us confused? He's coming without a fight?
I walk into the room, this time it's filled with armoured guards lining the walls holding batons and tasers? I look across the room and find a fire extinguisher and fire blankets laid out. What the hell is this?
