They have the same goal in the movie but clair will survive this time
The monster maker organization
A organization that is fascinated with monsters decide create monsters by using animals or human test subjects to experiment on but after seeing the news of giant monstrous animals not created by them wrecking havoc in the city, they decide they need there monsters to be giant and more powerful
After they done that they will release the monsters in the wild to see there capabilities and the destruction they cause.
The eliminating monster organization
A group of humans not happy with rise of monsters in the world
When saw the rise of monsters popping up in the world they need a fine way to fight and kill the monsters (no matter how bad or good the monsters are) so they made giants robots to combat the monsters and kill them (there funded by rich people who want the monsters gone)
