" oh-- " you stood a bit idly, startled by his sudden appearance. " hey todoroki ! "

" just refer to me as shoto. im treating a few of our classmates to dinner tonight, my dad will be there. are you able to come? " he blankly stared at you, awaiting an answer.

"oh- definitely! well, i might need to ask, but i'm sure my parents wont mind shoto! "
you gave him a warm smile, hands behind back.

" okay, text me later what they say then. i dont want you going out with their permission. "
he handed you a paper with his number and walked off.

you immediately pulled out your phone and input his number, saved him as a contact, and sent him a gif of a kitty playing with a ball of yarn.

" thank you for coming along with us to dinner. glad to meet all of my (amazing) sons classmates that work along side him. " said endeavor with the sternest look. bro does not seem glad OR happy.

" ahem- so uh- shoto,, what highschool are you gonna attend? " you asked, trying to not make it seem awkward between the two of you.
" my dad is going to place me into U.A. "

"Do you... like anyone?"
"I don't partake in nonsense, i'm focusing on being a hero and things like love could hold me back from my goals. I may have a crush, but i'll never ask for a relationship out of them."

Bummed out, you just decided to eat your feelings away when the food arrived to the table, finishing within 5-7 minutes.

"That was quick. You might throw up Y/N, don't eat so fast." Shoto said, eating his rice.
"I eat however I like, plus I don't get to experience this; gourmet food all the time." You said while chewing on some food.
"Oh, I see. Just try not to vomit all over yourself."
"Gotchya."

After everyone was done, you got dropped off by shoto, endeavor, and the driver.
During the ride...

Endeavor cleared his throat. "Y/N, are you planning to apply for U.A?"
"I don't think i'm eligible... I'm not even good at using my quirk Mr. Endeavor." You worried.
"Ah, well, I believe your quirk has potential. You should. Shoto's going due to recommendations."
"Oh, yeah, I know. He told me during dinner."
"I see. Well, let me know if you're considering it Y/N. I'd like for you and Todoroki to keep in contact. You two seem like pretty good friends."

"If you say so," GULP

"..... So U.A huh?" You said very awkwardly.
"Yes." Endeavor adjusted his position in his seat and his seatbelt.
"I'll try to pass the entrance exam but.. I believe I don't have the skills to be able to.." You rubbed the back of your neck. "I'm not talking down on myself, but my quirk isn't too useful.. plus I have barely practiced using it anyway." (you can choose ur quirk)
"I see. Well, I think Shoto would be up to helping you out, right Shoto." Endeavor looked out the front window.
"Yes father."
Panicked, "He doesn't have to!" You blurted out. "I can teach myself in my free time Mr. Endeavor. It's no worries, please."

"Very well."
