BREAKING NEWS !!
A house fire was tragically started this afternoon. Reports say the cause is highly suspected to be arson. Pro Heroes and the fire department worked together to extinguish the flames but unfortunately that wasn't enough. A family of four occupied the home. Parents, Adachi Sato and Adachi Rika, were claimed to be deceased. Leaving their two children the only survivors of the fire. Adachi Kiyoshi, who is currently nine years of age , and Adachi Akimitsu, only seven years old. The two children only suffered minor injuries and are said to make an easy recovery. The crime committed upon this family was devastating but as always our heroes were there to help!
. . . updates will be added as new information is gathered.

UA STUDENT ID :
ADACHI AKIMITSU
FIRST YEAR – 2A. . .
AGE : 16 ( highest is 18 )
PRONOUNS : HE / HIM
HERO NAME: ParadoxQUIRK : Pain Killer ( a play on words )
Akimitsu has the ability to reflect any pain someone has caused , meaning any pain they've given someone else , back on to them.
Akimitsu is able to see something he's labeled as "auras". There are three different kinds, each having a different meaning.
Green – someone who hasn't physically harmed someone with ill intent / in a way that's painful. Of course, it's unlikely that you go your whole life without hurting someone, so this just means the pain is small. It can still be reflected but it's not nearly as effective.
Yellow – someone who has hurt someone intentionally / to the point of pain. Most people with professions such as heroes and police officers tend to have this color. This means the pain that was caused was more extreme. To the point that it left lasting pain and/or injuries.
Red – someone who has caused extreme pain towards another person. Typical villains and criminals with more extreme records ( ex: killing ) have this color. Akimitsu tends to immediately label people with a red aura as psychopaths. Meaning he obviously has to approach them! Per his laws it's necessary.
Akimitsu is able to pick through someone's pain. He doesn't know what the pain is to an exact point, but he can feel the pressure of each one. A punch is light pressure and a stab is a heavy one. Meaning he can choose the amount of pain he gives someone.
When giving the pain it's not a physical experience. For example, if it has to do with fire that person won't be on fire, but they'll feel as if they are. It's all a mental experience.
The more he uses the ability the more his control slips. In moments like this he can accidentally give less or more pain than intended and he can even give it to himself. It's not as harmful to him, as he knows all the tricks behind it, but if this were to happen he'd be in a state of exhaustion. More than likely he'd just register pain and not realize it's his own doing.
His quirk really resolves around his own mood. The calmer he is the easier it is to use it. He's trained his mind, but he's still a teenager, and his emotions can easily flip. It's all mental based so the better his own mental state is the more effective his quirk will be.
There's smaller bits to this, such as colors being able to mix as an in - between, and how far he can go with his quirk, but this is the overall idea of it!
PERSONALITY :
Akimitsu is different in public versus in private. Rarely does he show his actual self. When in public, especially around people he doesn't know, he tends to fully act out the innocence a teenager is meant to have. A bubbly attitude, eager to converse, entranced by the world, and soft overall. It makes him approachable, has people lower their guard around him, and in turn makes it easier to protect himself. The whole facade is an unhealthy coping mechanism. It's easier to protect himself if people don't think he can. He bends his own personality into something pure and acts out the part.
In reality he's a snarky asshole. The only person constantly subjected to this is his brother. He has the honor of being shit talked whenever they're alone together! This part of him, the real part, is rude, arrogant, kind but in a less obvious way, and harsh overall. I wouldn't say he's a bad person – just a lot rougher than his "usual" self.
It's easy for him to switch between the two personalities. They're both him, even if he fabricated one to manipulate people. What he shows people isn't really him but he's still in there.
ATTIRE:
Soft colors, pastels, feminine styles, ruffles, and anything the world would consider cute. This is what he wears no matter what personality he's taken to at the time. It started out as something to add to his innocent act – but then he grew to actually like it. He doesn't really stick to gender norms, hasn't actually ever considered them, so overall he doesn't care.
SOMEWHAT FUN FACTS :
1. after the fire Akimitsu and Kyoshi were put in the foster system. they jumped from place to place, got separated a few times, but always managed to get back to each other. As soon as Kyoshi turned eighteen he got custody of Akimitsu. Now they live in a tiny apartment that they call home.
2. the times when they were sperated is when Akimitsu began his whole act. He was scared, people didn't react kindly to his usual self, and he just needed a way to be okay on his own.
3. Akimitsu works alongside going to school. Kyoshi insists that it's not needed – but the bills actually being paid on time says differently. He does odd jobs all over the place. Delivery, construction, cleaning, babysitting, and anything else he can manage.
4. he's a biiig fan of both Hawks and Snipe. Definitely has to do with how they get to control certain aspects of their quirks. Snipe gets bonus points just because Akimitsu is weirdly into western movies. He could have a multitude of reactions upon meeting them but it'd lead to him freaking out.
5. his hair is a platinum blonde and he has blue eyes.
6. tends to insult people in ways that they sound like compliments
exs: “that's you? you look so pretty! I almost didn't recognize you.” or “I love how you just wear whatever you want!” things like that.7. he doesn't technically want to be a hero. he doesn't hate the thought of it but he also doesn't like it. the tuition was free and his brother goes there too so that's how he winded up on ua!
