As I enter Mugg and Bean I look around looking for the Greek god I'm meeting with today. I see someone on the far corner that waves for me, I walk to them, I am wearing a skims dress that hugs my body pretty well with my AF1 and have my natural hair left loose . When I near him, he stands up and pulls the chair out for me. He is an inch taller than me . Anyway he is wearing a black hoodie with black cargo pants and black converse he has his dreads loose. He's a light brown skin guy with a nose piercing . I thank him and sit down.

Now one thing about me is I will talk on socials but once you meet me in person I'm shy as fuck. He looks at me straight in the eye , and my breath hitches in my throat at how intense his eye contact is. " what is this a stare into my soul date? " He smiles showcasing his white straight teeth ," how are you Serinity?" nice voice I say in my head," I'm great Valentino, you?" he just stares and smile to himself. Well what a strange guy he is," you look more beautiful in person." I blush and look down, we order food and chat getting to know each other, I get very comfortable around him pretty quick. He keeps on staring at my food until he finally say," I've never ordered the plate you have can I try it?" I nod my head as a go ahead and he takes a fork and scoop in my plate he then proceeds saying," Woah its actually really tasty!" I reply," I know, I have great taste" he just shakes his head smiling. He insists on paying and I let him and we walk for a bit just chatting until my uber arrives, we hug and I leave.

As days pass we grow closer, at first I was playing and if I'm being honest with myself I think I'm starting to really like this guy. As I'm sitting in the bookshop I work in I get a notification on my phone. Its from him hehe

V; hey, you good?

Me; I'm great you?

V: I'm good just miss hanging with you, and there's actually something I want to talk to you about

Me: okay shoot!

V: Serinity, in the short period of time I've known you for I have truly begun to feel something for you. Would you like to try it? Like a vibe or the love thing ?

Me: a vibe really? I'm sorry I just like how both the options you're giving me I end up with you

V: I'm trying to make you mines, so please ignore the vibe part and focus on the love part, be my girlfriend.

Me: I guess we can give it a shot then.

Now the problem with me is I ignore red flags and the fact that he wanted a vibe was a huge red flag but, I like to see how red they can get. Because honestly I should not even consider dating this guy he said vibe really? But I'm just giving it a shot its not like I love him or something I just like him. Right??
