A few days have passed since the day Issei told the girls about his past and did Denshu with them.
During that time, they have been getting along better with each other.
Asia was normal, as she would just talk to Issei and spend time with each other.
But for the Fallen Quartet & Viser, they would openly flirt with him... In very erotic ways.
But despite that, everything was going well with everyone.
And even though Issei STILL, did not smile, the girls were happy. Why? Here's why.
He didn't distance himself from them, and due to doing Denshu with him, and instinctively learning and sensing everything about each other, the girls felt Issei's emotions.
It wasn't full happiness, but appreciation that they did all of that for him.
It seems that his cold persona is slowly peeling away.
Right now, it was Friday and Issei was in school walking in the woods, until he saw a girl laying by the trees.
Issei:There she is.
He walked to her and spoke.
Issei:Excuse me.
She looked at him without emotion.

Koneko Toujou.
As she looked at him, she said,
Koneko:Yes. May I help you?
Issei:Actually, I came to help you. *leans forward and says*To finally help with your "Nekomata" problem, that is.
Koneko:?!?!
Her eyes widened in shock and surprise by those words. And in a second, she glared, leapt away and took a fighting stance.
Issei still stared at her calmly and said,
Issei:Calm down. I mean you no harm. I just wish to talk.
Koneko:And why should I believe you?
Issei:How about I prove it to you.
Koneko:...?
He raised his hand.
Issei:Here. Take my hand, and I'll show you everything.
Koneko:....
Koneko gave him a look to see if there was any deceit, but after a while, she found none of it. Either he is telling the truth, or he is really good at lying. But, either way, she didn't trust him.
However, for some reason, she felt some familiar energy from him.
So, she relaxed, sighed and went to held his hand. As she did, Issei closed his eyes and thought,
Issei:Denshu.
Koneko:?!?!
She was in shock after feeling the sensation of the familiar energy within him flowing into her, then closed her eyes as she relaxed.
She saw it. She saw everything & felt everything. Issei's past, up to the present, and all of his emotions with it. As for Issei, it was was vice versa for him with Koneko.
At least a minute has passed, and the two opened their eyes.
Issei still had his stoic stare, but as for Koneko, her eyes were a bit watery.
Koneko:S-S...Sennii-sama?
Issei nodded.
Issei:It has been awhile, Neko-cha.
Her tears finally came out. She smiled buried her face into his chest as she hugged him which he returned.
Koneko:*sniff*Sennii-sama...! Sen Nii-sama...! *sniff*You're here. You're here!
She cry happily and Issei patted her head to comfort her.
Issei:I promised you that I would.

And there. The chapter is over. And yes, Issei and Koneko knew each other and had just had a heartfelt moment between each other. How? Why? Wait until the next chapter.😁
