Reece's POV
We arrive at my house quite late but Kenny broke Marjorie's glasses so I have to help her
I grab a snack and head upstairs helping Marjorie up too
I get in my PJs and I ask her if she wants to sleep in the spare bedroom and she says no which I'm pretty sure she means she forgave me
I help her get on her PJs bc she can't bloody see
M- I love you
she kisses my forehead
R- and I love you more
I kiss her back on the lips
She laughs and snuggles into my side and a few hours later she falls asleep
2 hours later
It's currently around 3:20 in the morning and I can't sleep because I'm worried about Marjorie she currently snuggled up into my side so since I can't sleep I gently stroke her hair a few seconds late she starts saying
M- Kenny Get of me
She cries
R- hey it's okay it's only me
M- REECE! HELP
She sits up and she's screams but not loud
I try and wake her up so she knows it's only me but I fail
R- Marjorie it's only Reece, the other thing is dead
M- r-re-r-Reece
She cries which breaks my heart
R- yes I'm here
I sit up with her
M- where
I turn her to face me and immediately falls into my arms
M- kenny attacked me
The doctor said we should expect nightmares and all that
R-Marjorie it was just a nightmare Kenny's gone
M- thank you for letting me stay over and making sure I'm ok well next chapter you'll be moving in to a new house with Reece
R- my job as your.. boyfriend?
M- I would love to call you my boyfriend again
I kiss the top of Marjorie's head and we lay back down again none of us being able to sleep me be worried and Marjorie bc of the nightmare
So we stay up talking
Just so you know the next chapter will be a time skip so Marjorie will have her glasses back 🤗🤗
