In a shared bed, Dianne lies inside Sera's
arms. Giggling as they recall how they first met.

"Maybe you really intended to let go Ahri that day at the park. I mean come to think of it, how can a dog ask for my name and my number?" Sera laughed at the thought.

"how can YOU give your name and number to a dog hm?" Dia, whose smiling ear to ear snuggled inside Sera's neck deeper.

15 YEARS AGO

woof! woof!

Sera wondered where the sound was coming from. she looked down and found a small and fluffy dog. a white maltese.

"Ahri! No!" a girl approached the dog who was barking at the pretty lady at the park. "Sorry about that. He immediately ran when he saw you ." Dia patted the dog's head.

At first glance at the girl, Sera didn't even have any doubts that she was the owner. They resembled each other so much.

"So cute. what's his name?" Sera asked. although there's no way of knowing if she was referring to the dog or the owner.

"His name is Ahri." Dia looked up at the girl while smiling.

woof! woof!

Ahri kept barking despite being introduced to the girl. "I think she's asking for your name." Dia crouched down to continue playing with the dog.

Sera crouched down in front of the two. "Hi l'm Seraphina! nice to meet you!" Sera offered a hand to the dog.

"Ahri, paw." Dia commanded the dog and it lifted its paw putting it on Sera's hand making the lady melt in awe.

Ahri wagged his tail and barked again.

"What is it this time?" Sera asked not
bothering to hide the smile forming on her lips.

woof! woof!

"He wants your number."

Sera's mind:
They're adorable but are they flirting with me?

Dia's mind:
She's so pretty, I know ahri agrees with that.

either it's one of Dia's tactics to get a girl's name and number or maybe Ahri really wanted to get to know the girl and asked for Sera's number.

and Dia can talk to animals and understand
their language.

whether it's the former or the latter, Sera gave
her number because she found the two cute.

PRESENT
"You're still saved as 'Dog Translator' in my contacts you know." They both laughed at the memory of their first interaction.

little did they know that it was the beginning of fifteen years of love, hardships and everything in between.

"What I can't forget was when we celebrated your birthday together for the first time. why were you so mad back then?" Dia asked teasingly.

"I know right. how could you forget my birthday?" Sera glared at her girlfriend and rolled her eyes after.

14 Years Ago.

Today is Sera's birthday, a special day indeed.

Dia's mind:
She must be thinking I forgot.. why is she so grumpy😁

Sera despite being a bit disappointed, enjoyed their litle date. or is that what you call when two friends hangout?

"So you won't talk to me?" Dia asked, grinning.
