Deep Thoughts| DeePlay4Keeps

Y/n rolled over in her bed, facing the ceiling, in her own world deep in her thoughts. She felt absolutely pathetic and nothing even happened, it was just one of those days.

She wiped her tears from her eyes, but it didn't stop the waterworks. Y/n looked to her side to see her phone ringing, she picks up the phone knowing who was calling her.

"Hey baby" she hears her boyfriend Donnell say on the other side. Y/n stays silent for a moment trying to calm herself down before she spoke to the man. "Is everything alright baby?" The Donnell asked with genuine concern in his voice.

Y/n took a deep breath before she choked out the words, "yeah I'm alright, how are you Dee?" Her voice cracking as she murmured her sentence. "I'm coming ov- no you don't- I'm coming over" Donnell said making Y/n cut him off, which made him repeat what he said with more authority in his voice, and then hung up his phone.

Y/n sighed knowing that there was nothing she could do, Donnell was hardheaded. She found energy to get out her bed and go to the bathroom. In the bathroom she looked at herself in the mirror, and her eyes were red and puffy. She washed her face and decided to go shower.

After her shower she put her clothes on and unlocked her door knowing her boyfriend would come over any moment now. Y/n to her kitchen and drunk some water, then went back into her bedroom, and laid down on her bed staring at the ceiling. She kept on getting lost in her own thoughts and quickly snapped out of them when she heard a knock on her bedroom door.

"Baby you in there?" She heard Donnell ask, making her whisper out a small "yeah" which was loud enough for him to hear.

(Donnell's pov)

I walked inside Y/n's room and saw his girlfriend on her bed. "I brought you some food if you're hungry" he softly said placing it on her desk. Y/n didn't say anything and just continued to look at the ceiling. I knew how she felt, we all have days like that.

I get on the bed with her, and she gets on my chest laying down sideways. I wrap my arms around her body and I place a kiss on her forehead.

"You wanna tell me what's wrong baby?" I coo to my girlfriend, slowly giving her a few kisses on her forehead. She stays silent for a moment and then starts crying in my arms. I start rocking her body back and forth, while muttering things like "it's alright baby, and let it all out."

She continues to cry for what feels like forever, but then she gets up and sits on the edge of her bed. "I'm sorry for wasting your ti-" she tried to tell me before I went behind her, my legs almost wrapped around hers, I wrapped my arms around her waist and turned her head towards me and placed a deep passionate kiss on her lips.

I pull away from the kiss and look at Y/n. The blue lights from her led lights made her look so beautiful, I use my thumb to wipe her tears off her face. "You don't ever have to apologize for feeling the way you feel" I whispered to her, as I pulled her down on the bed. Y/n let out a "mhm" in response, but to me that simple "mhm" really meant a thousand words.

I held Y/n in my arms for around 30 minutes just enjoying each other's presence, until Y/n broke the silence by muttering a small, "I love you Don, thank you so much" to me as she placed a kiss on her forehead, making me whisper back, " You're welcome, love you too baby."
