Nandini walked out of the sickbay, feeling upset and angry with Manik. She couldn't believe he had let his friends humiliate her like that, especially after they had gotten married in secret.
As she walked, she felt a hand on her shoulder. It was Abhimanyu.
"Hey, are you okay?" he asked, concern etched on his face.
Nandini shook her head. "I'm so angry with Manik, Abhimanyu. He let his friends do that to me. He's my husband, and he's supposed to protect me."
Abhimanyu nodded. "I know, Nandini. Manik messed up big time. But he's really sorry. He loves you and he wants to make it right."
Nandini sighed. "I don't know, Abhimanyu. I need some time to think. This is all so overwhelming."
Abhimanyu nodded. "Take all the time you need, Nandini. But know that Manik is willing to do whatever it takes to make it up to you."
Nandini nodded and continued walking, feeling a mix of emotions. She was angry with Manik, but she still loved him. She just needed to figure out if their secret marriage was worth fighting for.
Nandini was sitting in the canteen with her friend Navya, who was like a sister to her. They were chatting and laughing when Nandini saw Manik walk in with the Fab5 - Aaliya, Harshad, Mukti, Neil, and Cabir. They sat down at a nearby table, and Nandini couldn't help but notice Soha joining them.
Soha was Manik's ex-girlfriend, and Nandini felt a pang of jealousy as she watched them chatting and laughing together. She knew Manik was still friends with Soha because of his father's friendship with Soha's father, but it didn't make it any easier to see them together.
Navya noticed Nandini's expression and reached out to squeeze her hand. "Don't worry, Nandini. He's just being polite," she whispered.
Soha continued to flirt with Manik, playfully teasing him and touching his arm. Nandini watched, feeling her jealousy simmering just below the surface. She tried to focus on her conversation with Navya, but she couldn't help sneaking glances at Manik and Soha.
Manik, oblivious to Nandini's growing unease, laughed and joked with Soha, clearly enjoying her company. Nandini felt a pang of hurt and betrayal. Why was he being so friendly with his ex-girlfriend?
Navya noticed Nandini's distress and leaned in close. "Don't worry, Nandini. He's just being friendly. He loves you, not her."
But Nandini wasn't convinced. She felt like she was losing Manik all over again, and she didn't know how to stop it.
Just then, Soha leaned in close to Manik and whispered something in his ear. Manik grinned and nodded, and Soha giggled and playfully hit his arm.
Nandini had had enough. She stood up, her heart racing with anger and jealousy.
Soha continued to flirt with Manik, trying to drive a wedge between him and Nandini. She leaned in close, her voice husky, and whispered something in his ear. Manik laughed and smiled, clearly enjoying her attention.
Nandini watched, her heart racing with anger and jealousy. She felt like she was losing Manik all over again, and she didn't know how to stop it.
Navya tried to intervene, reaching out to touch Nandini's arm. "Nandini, don't let her get to you. She's just trying to cause trouble."
But Nandini was beyond reason. She felt like she was in a nightmare, reliving the pain and heartache of her past with Manik.
Nandini stormed out of the canteen, her heart racing with anger and hurt. She couldn't believe Manik was still so friendly with Soha, even after everything they'd been through.
She arrived at the Malhotra mansion, seeking comfort and solace in her mother-in-law's presence. Nyonika Malhotra, Manik's mother, noticed Nandini's distress and immediately asked what was wrong.
Nandini poured out her heart, telling Nyrika about Soha's flirting and Manik's awkward responses. Nyonika listened attentively, her expression growing increasingly concerned.
"Nandini, you have to trust Manik," Nyonika said finally. "He loves you, and he would never do anything to hurt you."
Nandini hesitated, unsure of what to believe. She wanted to trust Manik, but Soha's schemes were making it difficult.
Nandini nodded, trying to appear convinced. "I trust Manik, mom. I just...can't help how I feel."
Nyo's expression softened. "I understand, beta. Jealousy is natural. But don't let it consume you. Talk to Manik, clear the air."
Nandini hesitated, unsure if she was ready to confront Manik. She didn't want to seem possessive or insecure.
"It's okay, mom. I'll handle it," Nandini said finally, forcing a smile.
Nyonika looked skeptical but didn't press the issue. "Alright, beta. Just remember, communication is key in any relationship."
Nandini left the Malhotra mansion, her mind racing with thoughts of Manik and Soha. She couldn't shake off the feeling that Soha was hiding something.
