Taeyong felt the Siren song begin to draw him into a trance. He wanted to find whoever was singing that song. It was beautiful. Too beautiful. His rational thinking made him stop and try to shake himself out of his trance.

He felt the enchantment loosen but not go away. He plugged his ears and hummed. Ok. Now, he could focus better. He looked at Johnny and Mark. They weren't doing so well. He kicked Johnny, and then Mark.

He motioned towards his ears. His friends eyes appeared to be glazed over and unfocused. Taeyong knew if something didn't happen now, his friends were dead. Letting go of his own ears, he slapped his hands over Johnny's. Shaking him out of his trance. Johnny sighed in relief and removed Taeyongs' hands. Replacing them with his own and humming. Taeyong did the same to Mark. With his friends revived, all they could do was wait. Sirens were not known to sink ships unless they felt the sailors did not deserve to live. He couldn't think of anything that would make the ship be targeted.

That is, until he heard a bang over his humming. He glanced towards the edge of the ship and saw a white hand clinging to the edge. Before another hand reached up. And a girl pulled herself over the edge. It was Megan.

Forgetting his situation, Tayong called her name.

She stood and stared at him.

Something was off. Her eyes were a milky white. She looked like a siren.

She opened her mouth and began to sing. She was a siren.

"Oh no!" Taeyong clapped his hands over his ears again.

"What's going on!" A voice came from the lower level. Before every single crew member, including the girls, walked out.

They looked at the three men and followed their lead.

The girls saw Megan and screamed. They weren't affected by the Siren song. But this was their sister, cousin, and friend.

"It's the girls!" Taeil yelled. "The Sirens are after the girls!"

Taeyong shook his head angrily. But it was too late. The rest of the men joined in with the hollering. All except Haechan. He stood there in silent shock as his friends prepared to fight.

Taeil and Jungwoo grabbed two of the girls and dragged them over to the side of the ship. Yuta and Jaehyun followed with the other two. Haechan tried to fight them, but it was too late. They shoved the girls off the ship and into the water below.

I wasn't planning to update, but I really felt the need to come and rant. So I wrote a small chapter. Anyways, I'm sure you all know what's going on with NCT Taeil. I'm not going to try to protect him. I'm not going to act like what happened was in any way ok. But I also don't see how people who have loved him for years can stop in one second and hate him. You never really loved him at all, did you. You just loved "Taeil NCT," not Taeil. I personally could never turn my back on someone that fast. Never. I wonder how opinions would change if it was like Jungkook or something. But either way, I'm disappointed in him. I hope his members aren't affected. Honestly, NCT is kind of a sketch group. All of those SM groups are. What's going on with them and behind the scenes?
