Kazuha felt her cheeks were getting hotter, to the point where they were a little pink with embarrassment. She looked down at the floor and pursed her lips as her neighbor reached out her hand with a smile, waiting for Kazuha to get up with her help.

After a little while of making the girl wait, Kazuha raised her head and took her neighbor's hand while gripping her fallen headphones with her other hand, getting up from the floor and brushing the dirt off her pants.

"Thank you." Kazuha said, smiling at the red-haired girl and putting her headphones back around her neck.

"It's nothing." She giggled, as she waved her hand before continuing. "You seemed a little distracted, because, to me, bumping into a lamppost is being a little silly." The girl said before bursting out laughing, her eyes getting smaller as she did so and her bright smile making Kazuha smile as well.

"Cute." Kazuha whispered to herself, her voice not even audible. The girl stopped giggling and looked at her girl standing in front of her with her eyebrows furrowed, her head slightly turned to the side.

"What?" The Korean girl asked, shaking her head a little closer.

"What? Ah, nothing." Kazuha muttered, looking away, trying to hide her embarrassed face.

"Did you say I'm cute?" she asked, her tone a little happy, as she smiled. She chuckled as she stared at Kazuha while smiling even wider and hiting Kazuha's arm, unintentionally, which caused Kazuha to quickly stroke the part where she had been hit, a small sound of pain leaving her Lips.

Yunjin opened her eyes and approached Kazuha. "I'm sorry, it was unintentional." She apologized, her smile now replaced by a worried face.

"Don't worry, it wasn't that bad." Kazuha reassured her, stopping stroking her forearm and smiling slightly at the redhead.

"Okay, but I'm sorry, still." The girl smiled back, starting to walk. "My name is Yunjin, by the way. Huh Yunjin." She introduced herself.

Kazuha nodded, following her new friend, Yunjin. She put her headphones back around her neck as she listened to Yunjin talk.

"I didn't think you would talk so much." Kazuha suddenly spoke up, causing Yunjin to turn to her, frowning.

"What do you mean?" she asked, still walking as she looked around.

"That I didn't think you would talk so much." She repeated. "You seem quieter at your place." Kazuha explained, still not looking at her.

"Well, and I didn't think you would talk so little." The redhead replied, smiling. Suddenly, she stopped and pointed to a grocery store, running towards it.

"Where are you going?" Kazuha asked, following her.

"I have to buy something." Yunjin exclaimed, pushing open the door of the store. She walked slowly through the aisles.

After a while, the Japanese woman entered the store as well, trying to look for Yunjin. "Where is she?" she muttered to herself.

"This way!" She Heard someone exclaimed. She turned around and saw Yunjin, waving her arm in the air, trying to get Kazuha's attention. He walked towards her and waited for her to grab what she needed.

"What do you need?" Kazuha asked, looking around the hallway.

"Well, instead of ordering delivery, I want to cook today, or at least try, so I'm looking for ingredients. And yogurts, too." Yunjin explained, walking over to where the yogurts were with her hands full. Kazuha simply followed her.

"One second, I'll be right back." Kazuha excused herself and walked to another hallway, looking at what was in each one. When she found what she wanted, she entered the hallway and looked around. She had to familiarize herself with everything she could, as she didn't want to get lost at some point. It would be a bit difficult though.

"What, where are you going?" Yunjin asked, but, when she turned around, Kazuha was already gone. She shrugged and continued to look at the yogurt options.

Meanwhile, Kazuha was looking through the shelves full of snacks, until her eyes lit up when she saw what she was looking for.

She quickly grabbed the packages and went to another aisle, looking for something to drink. When she got to the beverage aisle, she went to a freezer of sorts and opened it, grabbing a vanilla latte.

She closed the freezer and stood thinking, cracking his knuckles. "What else?" She muttered and started walking down the various aisles. "Fruit." She nodded, going to the fruit section.

She was so focused thinking about what to take that she hadn't noticed someone walking past her. As she went to grab some tangerines, someone did so at the same time, causing their hands to touch.

Kazuha looked at the person and then at her hands. "Sorry." The stranger apologized, quickly taking her hand away and smiling at Kazuha, blushing a little. "You first."

Kazuha nodded and wordlessly took some tangerines, before walking away from the hallway and start looking for Yunjin. "Yunjin?" she asked, and, receiving no response, shrugged and went to pay.

As Kazuha waited outside, she pulled out her phone, occasionally thinking about the person she had encountered. "Kitten." She whispered.

"Did you say something?" Yunjin asked, walking out of the store with his hands full, caushing Kazuha to flinch and nearly drop her phone. Kazuha's eyes widened and she put the cell phone away, grabbing one of the bags Yunjin had.

"What are you doing with so much stuff?" She asked.

"It's not important, just food for a few days, I guess." Yunjin replied, walking off again. Kazuha rolled her eyes playfully and followed her, walking on the redhead's left side. "By the way, can I ask you a few questions?"

Kazuha nodded, clutching her own bag a little tighter than Yunjin's.

"For starters, you still haven't told me your name, have you?" her friend asked, stopping in front of her house. Kazuha nodded again and set Yunjin's bag on the ground.

"Kazuha. Nakamura Kazuha." She replied.

Yunjin left the rest of her bags on the ground and looked at the Japanese woman. "And you're not from here, are you?" Yunjin inquired, bringing her head a little closer as she narrowed her eyes.

The black haired shook her head, her hair flowing gracefully. "I'm from Japan." She replied, smiling a little as she opened one of the bags she had bought. "And you?" She popped a piece of dried mango into her mouth, savoring it as if it was the last thing she was going to eat.

"Well, I'm kind of American-Korean. I was born in seoul, but I moved to America when I was eight months old, or something like that. And then I moved back to Korea, to Busan." Huh explained, looking up and to the sides without moving her head, as if thinking.

Kazuha hummed, closing the package of dried mango and putting it in the bag with the other things. "By the way, which high school are you going to?" she asked, saying her high school in the same sentence, looking at Yunjin with her head turned slightly to the side, which shower clear curiousity.

Yunjin's ears perked up, as she quickly turned her head to where Kazuha was and smiled, the Japanese girl sighing with happiness at the knowledge that they were in the same high school and, on top of that, in the same class. At least now she wouldn't be alone on her first day.

They both said goodbye and each one entered their own house.
