Ch. 1 - A new start.

It's one of those cloudy days here at Korea. It's been a few months since I moved here, leaving everything behind back at Japan and leaving Aria. I sigh and start to get up from my bed to start the day. Then I heard many foot steps and I instantly knew it was my little sister coming to do regular wake up jumps. Jokes on her I got up early.

Aiko: HERE I COME ONII-CHAN!!!!

She runs into the room jumping on my bed only to realize I was never there. She is confused for a bit then gets sulky. I laugh at how cute she is acting right now.

Y/N: Sorry Aiko I got up before you could wake up hehe.

Aiko: Onii-channnn! You were supposed to be woken up by meeeeeee! It's our tradition!

Y/N: Mianhe Aiko.

Aiko tilts her head in confusion wondering what I said in Korean.

Y/N: I said sorry informally Aiko in Korean. You should start taking your Korean classes seriously Aiko considering we're gonna be here the rest of our life's.

Aiko: Ughhh I know Onii-chan, but it's so hardddddd...

I pat her head comforting her on the matter.

Y/N: No problem sis! I understand considering Korean is a hard language to learn and I'm still struggling myself but I can at least talk to someone somewhat now. You'll need to do the same and more since you're starting school soon.

Aiko just pouts and angrily stomps away to the kitchen. I shake my head and laugh a bit. I look at photo of ??? and I. Oh man I miss her, I wonder how's she doing, and does she miss me? I grab my friendship bracelet I made with her and put it on and head to the kitchen.

Mom: Ahhh annyeonghaseyo my baby boy!

I facepalm at her enjoyment.

Y/N: first of all why are you still calling me baby boy I'm 14! Second sudden Korean mom?

Mom: Y/N first of all you're my baby no matter what. Second yes of course Korean we live in Korea we need to get better at it.

Dad: your mother is right Y/N we need to learn Korean as fast as possible so we can interact with Koreans and so our lives are easier for our jobs and for you kids school.

Y/N: I made this exact lecture to Aiko why am I getting it too.

I say sulkily but take my seat and start eating my breakfast.

Dad: Y/N are you excited to start school soon and make new friends.

That's right I start school today even though I'll only have half the year left to learn anything new from that school, but at least it'll be interesting.

Y/N: Yeah dad I am...

School is already reminding of ???. I hope she's okay without me man I miss her.

Dad: I know you miss ???, but you're going to have to learn we did this for the betterment of both you and Aiko.

Y/N: I know dad it's just I miss her..
