Yashashree: Tragic murder case

25th july 2024's morning Yashashree had taken a leave form her job to go meet her friend. Her family thought she would comeback by afternoon. But when she did not return they searched for her in the surrounding areas. They didnt know that somewhere far away she was taking her last breath.But what enemies would a 22 year old lady have?

This case revolves around Yashashree Shinde.

She was a 22 year old living in Navi Mumbai. She was a simple girl who had just completed her graduation. She worked at a call center.Her normal routine was that she went to do her job by train in the morning and used to return by afternoon.

But on 25th July 2024 she did not want to go to her job. So she took a leave from her job and on 10:30 in morning she left to meet her friend.She told her family that she will return by the afternoon.

So when she meet her friends she talked alot to them. Since alot of days she was under alot of stress and worried and that might be why she went to meet her friends that day. After meeting and talking to her friends she was going to comeback by 2 in the afternoon.

She did start going back to her home but she did not reach her house. Her family waited till night and when she did not return they knew that something was off because this was not like her.

And without further ado they reported to the police about her being missing.

She went missing on Thursday and even till Friday the police was not able to find her, they didn't get any clue about her where abouts.

Then suddenly about this case the police got a call, on 27th July at 2 in the afternoon. On the call the persom was asking them to come as soon as they could near Uran Railway station.

When the police reached there the scene the encountered there was something they were hoping against.

Behind Uran Railway station between soem bushed lied a girl. She was covered in blood and it was hard to even identify the body because the dogs around that area had bitten off her her face.

But the police remembered that there was a missing complaint done one or two days ago. And the description of the body was matching to the description of the missing girl.

When her parents were called for identification of the body they broke from the inside seeing the scene infornt of them. They were praying to god that it should not be their child. But it was her they could recognize the tattoo. It was clear she was dead now. But the question was who was the person behind this murder? Who hated her so much that they murdered her?

The police quickly got to work. They first tracked her moblie number from where they could know where she went. From that they knew that she went to meet her friends then got out at 2 pm. At 2:14 pm she was near Uran Railway Station. Now the last thing to check was the CCTV footage around Uran Railway Station.

They found her in the CCTV footage around 2:14 pm with a umbrella in hand when she was passing the Uran market. The footage looked normal at first the police thought that this footage was useless but then the police saw that almost after 5 minutes of her passing by a boy had also passed by that camera. But was he a suspect? The guy Yashashree's parents had been taking name of?
When the police were interrogating Yashashree's parents they were hell bent on taking a name. And this name was Dawood Shekh.

When in 2019 Yashashree was 17 her parents had filed a complaint of a person who was harrasing Yashashree and this person was none other then Dawood Shekh. Dawood had alot been jailed because of this complaint. But for some months only.
