Gwen nodded, understanding more than she let on. "Yeah, I get it. I've been swamped with my coursework and trying to keep everything together. It's been a struggle."

Silas nodded, his gaze steady. "I agree. I want us to be together, but I also want us to be realistic. We need to talk about how we can support each other and what our future might look like."
