It's finally been almost six months since Miura was reborn, and he just rolled over for the first time. He thought he was alone when he heard a small gasp, then a shout.
Ruth: Chise Miura just rolled over!
Chise came into the room with Elias and watched him for a moment. Then, he felt someone gently poking his side.
Elias: Mind rolling over again for me and Chise, Muria?
Chise: Elias, he's still a baby, so we just have to wait till he does it in front of us.
Miura didn't want to disappoint them, but he also didn't want Elias to pick him up. So when Elias went to pick him up, he rolled over again and let out a big breath of air. When Chise picked him, she kissed him on the head.
Chise: Good job, sweetheart.
He felt her rub his back, and he couldn't help but close his eyes and enjoy it. When he felt Chise hand him over to Elias, he opened his eyes to see the man nuzzle him.
Elias: I still can't get over how small he is or the fact he cause you so much pain.
Chise: Well, where he came out of was smaller than him. So it did hurt a lot, and he's still a baby. I'm still shocked about his horns, though. Their adorable on him.
Miura grabbed her fingers as she rubbed his cheek. She let out a soft giggle when she pretended to tug her hand away.
Chise: Do you want to hold Mama's hand or do not want me touching you?
Miura knew she was teasing but remembering how she ran all those years ago. He couldn't help but begin to cry. As soon as his tears began to fall, Elias handed him to Chise as she swiftly began to soothe him. This time, he promises not to make her cry in this life.
