A/n: I will have some short prolouges and some long prolouges to tell the story of Posiedon and Athena's love story.

Athena's POV:

Hello. My name is Athena.
Goddess of battle strategy and wisdom.
If you read the books of greek mythology, then you might know that I absolutely despise Posiedon. God of the sea, father of horses, earthshaker, stormbringer.

Well, somehow, I ended up catching feelings for him. I don't know why or how. I just did.
I'm not too sure he feels the same way about me, though.

I've been wanting to ask Aphrodite for help, but she's probably just going to suggest wearing minimal clothing. And I will not do that.

As of right now, I am in the throne room of Olympus. You could call it. I sit next to Posiedon, which makes it hard to be able not to climb on his lap and kiss the immortality out of him. "Athena? What are you thinking?" said Apollo. I looked up and glared at him. "Well, I just forgot now that you interrupted my thoughts," I lied. I can't let anyone know that I fell in love with Posiedon. They'll tease me for the rest of my existence.

Apollo replied back, "Sorry, I was just wondering. You had your 'I'm thinking about something important' look on. " I just rolled my eyes, and then I turned my head towards Posiedon. I don't know why, I just did.

                        Posiedon's POV

Athena turned her head towards me, and I don't know why. I wonder if she knows my secret. That would be bad. Super bad. In case you don't know, my secret is that I have a secret crush on Athena. Yes, you heard me. I've fallen in love with her.

She is just so beautiful and sweet and kind and smart and amazing and all-knowing and well, my list could go on for days. I've realized this a few hundred years ago, I think.

It's hard keeping my feelings a secret. I just don't know if she likes me back. "Um... Athena?" I ask her.

"Yes?" She responds. I asked her another question, "Why are you looking at me?". She just rolled her eyes and looked somewhere else. That was weird.

After the council meeting, I saw Athena in her room with blueprints. I was curious about what she was doing, and so I ended up knocking on her door.

"What do you want?" She asks. She didn't even look at me. I answered her, "Can I come in?".

"No."

I try again. "What are you doing?" She finally looks at me. "Why do you want to know?" She asks me.

I shrug. "Because you look pretty focused." She rolls her eyes at me and gives me permission to enter her room.

                            Athena's POV

I let Posiedon come in my room, and I am trying hard not to blush. I really hope my annoyed act tricked him. I really don't want him to know I like him.

But, if I want to be with him, then I would have to tell him, but then what if he doesn't like me back?

Ugh, I don't have any experience with feeling because of how long I've been a maiden goddess.

Anyway, I was focusing on a blueprint of the Trojan War that I created, trying to figure out what the losing side could have done better or different to win.

It wasn't easy. Which is a good thing because the whole reason I even did this is to get my mind off of Posiedon.

Which isn't as easy anymore now that he's in my godly made room.

A/N: Okay, not including this author's note. The whole chapter is 608 words. Is that long or short. I think short, but I just wanted to get over with this.

Also, I wanted to know if you like the designs I put in here. Designs mean putting the pOV's in the middle of the page and putting the last sentence in bold writing. It's hard work to do it, but it will be worth it if you guys like it.

I also want to say that there will be a time skip from this event. Oh, and I'm sorry for leaving you on a cliffhanger. Although, I'm not too sure that it is a cliffhanger.

Well, thanks for reading, and I will have the next chapter up soon. I promise.
