As the festival was one day away fontaine had taken her rest days and done her training now it was time..

To go grocery shopping!

"BIG SISTERRR!! CAN I GO SHOPPING WITH YOU PRETTY PLEASE!!" Maris yells out running down the stairs

"Yes maris, Ask kai if he wants anything and to call me if he forgot. Ill be waiting outside, were taking the car" Fontaine says while grabbing her wallet and keys

"WILL DO!" Maris says

"Kaii! fontaine asked if u wanted anything from the store"

"No and leave me alone im training"

"Get out maris dont make me call fontaine to get you"

"W-WAIT FINE SORRY" maris says while running out

"okay lets get your candy and we can go get ice cream" Fontaine says while looking around in the produce isle

"Hey." a voice says from behind her

Fontaines mind:

*why do people always pop up behind me..*

"Yes? how may i help you?" fontaine says while turning around to see her classmate todoroki

"I need help."

"What are you hiding from the class, its getting on my nerves."

"Im sorry but i cant help what you thinking it seems your a bit drowned in thought ill leave you alone."
Fontaine says while grabbing maris and walking away

"Why wont you train me.. i saw how worked up bakugo was, he placed first on the entrance exams how could you tire him out. I need you to train me." he says while walking next to her

"lets get ice cream" fontaine says while grabbing maris's candy and picking her up

"What?"

"come on ill drive"

"Uhm, okay"

As they checkout fontaine puts her sister in the carseat and makes sure shes fast asleep since the drive to the ice cream shop was on a beach it was kinda far

"So ill get straight to the point" fontaine says while grabbing a spoon and napkin

"Why do you want to be a hero"

"Because i need to surpass my father and all might."

"I said why do you want to be a hero."

"I.. I-" todoroki was holding something in but he wasnt gonna let it out that easily

"If you truly want to be a hero for such a absurd reason theres no point for me to train you."
