Soulmates (pond x phuwin)part 2

(Back at Phuwin's office)

Phuwin (addressing the team):
Guys, we have a meeting in 10 minutes. Please make sure everyone, especially the marketing team, attends.

(As everyone gathered in the meeting room, ready to start, Phuwin's phone rang. He glanced at the screen, then answered quickly, his expression shifting.)

Phuwin (on the phone):
Aha, okay... I'll be there in 10 minutes. Please, don't touch him.

(Without a word, Phuwin abruptly hung up and bolted out of the room, leaving everyone in stunned silence.)

(Phuwin drove as fast as he could, his heart pounding with a mix of happiness and tension. He had just received the call he'd been waiting for: Pond had woken up from his coma.)

(Arriving at the hospital, Phuwin rushed straight to Pond's room. As he entered, he found chaos. Pond was awake but was in a highly agitated state, aggressively resisting the staff's attempts to calm him. He was a crying mess, his voice hoarse from shouting.)

Pond (desperately):
Where is Phuwin? I want my Phuwin back! Why am I here? Where's Phuwin?

(Phuwin, shocked by the scene, approached Pond, trying to reach him.)

Phuwin:
Pond, it's me. I'm Phuwin. Please, calm down. You've been in a coma for a long time. Just try to relax.

Pond (confused and frantic):
Calm down? Why am I here? Where's my mom? Where's Phuwin?

(Phuwin stepped closer, trying to help Pond make sense of everything.)

Phuwin (gently but firmly):
Pond, it's me. I'm right here. I'm Phuwin.

(But Pond, still overwhelmed and disoriented, pushed Phuwin away, shaking his head in denial.)

Pond (crying out):
You're not my Phuwin!

(Phuwin stood there, stunned, struggling to comprehend what was happening. He had waited so long for this moment, but now Pond didn't even recognize him.)

(The male staff, with patience and gentle reassurance, finally managed to calm Pond down without needing to use any injections. Though he was no longer aggressive, his eyes kept searching for Phuwin, filled with the same pain and longing as the day he confessed everything. Phuwin could see it clearly—the same pain of being lost without him.)

(Just then, Pond's mother entered the room. The moment she stepped in, Pond's voice softened as he called out to her.)

Pond (in a soft, trembling voice):
Mom... MOM...

(His mother rushed to him, embracing him tightly as tears filled her eyes. Pond clung to her, finding some comfort in her presence, though his eyes still flickered with the search for Phuwin.)

(As Phuwin entered the room, Pond's gaze shifted to him, but his eyes lacked recognition. It was as if he was looking at a stranger, someone with whom he had no connection.)

Phuwin (hesitantly):
Pond, do you know who I am?

(Pond looked at him briefly, confusion evident in his eyes, before turning back to his mother.)

Pond:
Mom, who is he? I don't recognize him. Please, can you bring Phuwin? I need to tell him something.

(Pond's mother glanced between her son and Phuwin, her face a mixture of sorrow and uncertainty. She said nothing, lowering her gaze to the floor.)

(Phuwin felt his heart shatter. He sank to the floor, overwhelmed. Questions raced through his mind: If I'm not Phuwin to him, then who is? Which Phuwin is Pond talking about? Why doesn't he recognize me? The pain of being forgotten by someone he cherished was almost unbearable.)

(Pond's mother gently helped Phuwin back to his feet, but he was still in shock, his mind reeling. As she reached out to comfort him, Phuwin stumbled backward, his hands trembling and numb, unable to grasp anything. The reality of the situation overwhelmed him, and in his confusion and despair, he bolted from the room, unable to face what had just happened.)

Phuwin (muttering to himself as he ran down the hallway):
Why doesn't he remember me? How could he forget? I'm Phuwin... I'm right here... but to him, I'm no one...

(He continued to run, desperately trying to escape the crushing weight of Pond's lost memories.)
