(Backstory): Not much is really know about his Backstory, but it's shown that he went to Project Arc to become a Hero while getting a Robotic Arm, however he'd became a Defect as the Soldiers tried to kill him. But he was about to escape as he was met by Kev The Hybrid Saiyan (A OC from DeviantArt, but I forgot the name of the Original Owner), The Alien Dino Thunder Force and The DaiKaiju Warriors, where he would become Kamen Rider Horai.
(Robotic Arm Info): After both his Horai Ridewatch (which he thought was a Collectable and kept it as a souvenir) and Phone got caught up during the Transformation, they were Merged with some of his Body Parts.
