Elsa and her sister Anna would always play with Elsa's powers in the middle of the night when their parents were fast asleep.

One night on Anna's 7th birthday her older sister Elsa, who was 10 years old woke up Anna because she had a surprise for her. They both ran to the living room and started to play with Elsa's powers while their parents were asleep.
Anna was jumping high on the big, tall snow piles that Elsa had made, but something terrible had happened after she had jumped off the last one..
Instead of making another snow bile for Anna to land on, Elsa had slipped on the icy floor that her powers caused and accidentally shot Anna in the heart with her powers.
Anna quickly froze over on the spot.
Elsa ran to her little sister crying. Elsa was trying to unfreeze her little sister but it was too late, Anna had shattered into a million pieces in Elsa's arms.
Elsa was devastated, she was angry at herself, at her powers, at the world.. She blamed herself for what happened to Anna. She didn't know what to do, or how to tell her parents so she packed some of her stuff and ran away. She never went back home, to see her parents, or to explain what happened.
