02- the call

Jake's POV

“...Hello?”
I waited for the person on the other line to answer, but I didn't got any answer.
“um.. excuse m-” but as soon as I started talking, he spoke up, cutting me off
“sorry, I don't have much time, is this Park Sunghoon's number?” the person said.
He was already pissing me off since he cut me off, but now I need to respond.
“no, it's not. This is Si-” I got cut off, again.
“okay, sorry for disturbing u. Bye.”
He was right, he disturbed me, so he should be sorry! But I felt that something was wrong...why doesn't he have much time? Is he trying to get informations of this "Park Sunghoon"? Damn, I'm scared for that guy.
Then I remembered that he was still there, and I started talking.

“ wait, why are u searching for Park Sunghoon?” shit, why didn't I say bye and hang up...now he will be mad at me and will probably be cold as ice.

“ it's none of ur business, now bye” he said and he hang up. I knew that he would be so cold towards me.

Actually, I was happy that he hang up,it was so awkward. But I was still worried about that Sunghoon guy...what if he gets in trouble? Ugh, I shouldn't think about him, it's none of my business. But I just can't stop!

Nobody's POV

Jake was on his bed, thinking about what to do. He was so worried about that Sunghoon. Even if Jake tried to sleep over it, he still had that boy in his mind. So, after some hesitation, Jake called the number that called him before.

“ Hello, why would u call me again? ” the guy on the other line immediately said.
“ um... I just wanted to ask if I could know why ur searching for Sunghoon ” Jake said, still worried about him. “ didn't I told u that it's none of ur business? Why are u still asking for an answer I'll never give u ” the person said. Jake got a little angry, but immediately calmed down since he knew the attitude the guy gave to him. “ but I want to know... Also, why did u call me?” “ I just got wrong, but as u saw before, I immediately hang up so that I wouldn't disturb u for much time”.

Jake's POV
Well, he has a point...but this guy is still on my nerves, he didn't have to be that rude, but what if we become friends? Will he be less cold to me? But then he spoke.
“if ur done with ur questions I'll go” no, wait...can I know what ur name is?” I asked.
“ it's Nishimura Ri-ki, but just call me Ni-ki if u want” he replied. I was happy that he answer and didn't actually complain or something like that. “okay, my name is Sim Jaeyun, but call me Jake!” I said.

“ oh well Jake, I...”
