hades sighed, sadly looking down at the beer in his hand.

morgie had dragged his blue haired friend too a bar with him so he could try find a girlfriend, too "get his mind off" the fact hades crush, maleficent, had gotten with that stupid pirate.

however, just shortly after the pair had entered the bar hades spotted maleficent and hook also in there, hand in hand.

morgie had already gone off talking too some random boy, so hades was sat at the table by himself accompanied by just his thoughts.

hades stood up, finally deciding too end his torture and head back to the school but was caught off guard immediately by a raven-haired girl swiftly rushing past him.

"maleficent..?" he murmured under his voice, hades turned too look back where she had run from and saw hook rolling his eyes before making his way to the dance floor.

maleficent was alone.

"what are the chances, everyone's dancing and he's not with you.."

hades followed the pale girl outside and watched her movements. he felt his eyes soften as he watched maleficent perch onto a wall crying her eyes out.

the blue haired boy made his way over too her, he sat down next to her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder, "pretty girls shouldn't cry y'know," he smiled to her.

maleficent sharply turned her head and met eye contact with the boy, more tears spilled out as she rested her head against his chest crying into his shirt.

"what did he do mals?" hades asked the girl, stroking her dark hair rhythmically. "i don't wanna ta-talk about it.." her words came out muffled through her sobs.

"it's okay, he isn't here, i'm here," hades reassured her breathing in the smell of her perfume, he felt his heart beat a little faster as she was so close to him.

"i could be a better boyfriend than him, i could do the shit that he never did,"

eventually, maleficent told hades what her so called "boyfriend" had done. hook had told her he was headed to the toilet but actually went to go fuck some blonde bimbo outside.

"that dickhead.." hades murmured, the fire in his hair burning brightly.

"it's okay though, you're here with me now," maleficent rested her hand on top of his and leant her head onto his shoulder causing his flames to die out quickly.

"i could be a better boyfriend them him..," hades spoke out, accidentally letting the thoughts in his head come out of his mouth.

maleficent slowly lifted her head off hades shoulder before turning too him, "what?" she asked him - a mix of shock and curiosity in her eyes.

"uh.. i- sorry that slipped out.." hades replied sheepishly looking away from her gaze and into the starry sky.

maleficent laughed gently in response leaning her head back on his shoulder before whispering back too him. "maybe i'll give you a chance then,"
