Chapter 3 : I shifted

Eyolf POV
I ran out angry tears falling from my eyes while I ran and I stop when I felt a sharp pain jolt down me, I fell to the ground I tried to support myself with my arm to prevent falling into the mud but my arm cracked screaming, before I knew it my other arm cracked my ankle followed after,I scream at the pain,my ribs breaking,I felt like my skin was tearing, everything started going blur,"oh my god I'm dying" when I woke up,I was surprised,I didn't die but I was covered in mud,I walked to a small lake nearby to wash myself when I looked at my reflection on the water,it was a big brown wolf with bright purple eyes, I stared at the reflection when realization hit me I have shifted.

"Hi Eyolf, I'm Becky your wolf" '.i was surprised by the voice in my head."you're wolf, how can that be, I'm 21,why did I shift now" so many questions flooded my brain.
" I don't know but what I know is that we will get our answers in the future, but now you have to go back eyolf,I sense danger,we have gone beyond the crescent pack territory"

No I'm not going back there I hate them,they hate me" i said to my wolf trying to fight back tears

"I know eyolf but, it's dangerous and we are weak,not fully trained, please" she begged and I agreed to go back." Fine,but we can't tell them I have shifted"

" Won't they sniffed us out "she said" don't worry I will keep my distance and used a lot of deodorant " i giggled and we ended up laughing.

I got home and shifted back to my human form but my clothes were torned I had to sneak in, when I was in I showered and wore some comfortable clothes.i was happy that I finally shifted but I had a lot of questions.

When I got out of the bathroom,I saw a beautiful glittery black dress on my bed with a note.

Sweetie I'm so so so so sorry
for how I reacted recently, hope
you forgive me,you can wear this
to the party tomorrow evening
I will be busy with preparations
So I won't have the time to give
you, that's why I'm giving it to
you now I love you

LOVE DAD

I can't stay mad at him, I know he didn't mean, I smiled as I picked up the dress.
"It's beautiful eyolf" Becky said. Well it sure was beautiful.

I tossed the dress into the wardrobe and collapsed on the bed. Pinching myself still thinking it's not real, I shifted, this is awesome, I won't be bullied anymore.
