Minho held him all night. Rocking him, soothing him, letting him fall asleep.
Jisung woke up with a smile, hugging him tight. Minho was seeing his grandparents today, so he'd have to leave again. When he did, Jisung whined for him to come back, kissing him goodbye before crashing on the settee.
"What were you doing in Jisung's house?" Felix asked, he was at the bottom of the driveway. Minho jumped, turning to face him.
"He asked me to come over. What's wrong?" Minho asked, starting to walk, he didn't want to be late.
"I haven't even been in his house," Minho snorted. "What's so funny?"
"Chan, Jeongin and I have all been in his house, multiple times," Minho shrugged, smirking to himself.
"What? I need to talk to him," Felix groaned, pulling out his phone. Minho took out his as well, texting him a quick 'Be careful' before walking back home to get ready for his grandmas.
As expected, Felix asked to meet at a nearby cafe.
Jisung made his way over, put the audio recorder on, and met him after grabbing a hot chocolate and a muffin. Felix was sitting on his phone. "Jisungie! I missed you so much!" He beamed, reaching for his hand. Jisung let him take it, a small smile on his face. Maybe he was back to normal.
"Hi, Lixie," He smiled, pulling away to grab a drink. "How've you been?"
"Great... why have I never been to your house?" Felix asked, resting on his palm.
"You know how I feel about people seeing my room, Lix," Jisung frowned, opening his muffin.
"You don't need that, Sung. You'll gain weight,"
"Don't care, I'm hungry," Jisung took a bite, smiling.
"Anyway. I saw Minho leaving your house--"
"You live half an hour away. Why were you outside my house?" Jisung mumbled, remembering the message Minho sent. Uh oh.
"Just seeing what was going on. He told me Chan and Jeongin had also been inside," It was like he was trying to make a sad face to make Jisung feel guilty.
"I fainted when I was out with them, and Yoon, they took me home to look after me. Chan also slept over last night when something happened. Minho has also slept over a few times for obvious reasons," Jisung decided to get everything out in the open. So he wasn't 'lying' anymore.
"But what about me, Jisung? I'm your best friend, and I've never been in your house," he sounded desperate.
"Well, they had reasons to be in there. I didn't want them to see my room, I didn't want them in my house, it just turned out like that. Plus, none of them even commented on the mess. I sent you a photo once, and you lectured me for an hour," Jisung responded, keeping his tone calm. He learned that the more of a reaction he gave, the more Felix would try and guilt trip him.
"Well, it's not my fault your room's a shit hole, is it?" Felix complained, rolling his eyes. "Look, Jisung. We've been friends for ages, and I think I'm allowed to comment on all the gross shit you do,"
"Not really. I didn't ask for your input and advice. I just want to be happy Felix, is that too much? I can't clean my room on a whim, I can't shower, I can barely eat. What the fuck do you want from me?" Jisung sat back. He was exhausted.
"I want you to notice me, Jisung. All this hard work I've put into trying to be your best friend, and you're moping around like I've done nothing. You'd think you have no friends the way you act up. I'm the one struggling, Jisung. Not you. You don't know what it means to struggle," Jisung could see the smirk pulling at his lips. "What, not gonna say anything? Because you know I'm right. Minho doesn't like you, none of them like you. Come back to me, and everything will be okay again,"
