Ch-5 ROAMING SUSPICION

As we could see in the previous chapter, that lucky is killed by someone and Ira was the one who saw his deadbody first, mehr gets doubtful and asks her what was she doing here.

Iraa replies figuratively," what do you mean, I-1 came here to find some w-water"

"Bullshit, you came in search of water at this place? And why are you sweating" asks sania.

"I'm I'm not", replies Ira.

Sam intervenes and says "no, but why do you look so terrified, is everything ay?"

"I SAID I'M OKAY, AND I'M NOT SWEATING AND STOP ASKING ME AGAIN AND AGAIN" Ira replies back to Sam.

Sam nods silently.

Kame adds," no but our suspicious behaviour is also not wrong though, I mean why'd you come here and search for water".

"Can you guys please shut up, it's not that Ira is used to see deadbodies and that she wouldn't be scared if she sees one" mehma says this in support of Ira.

"YEAH I think you're right", wajib says this.

And everybody went back to the classroom.They all were upset with luckys death, meanwhile Aina was the one who was more lost. Now, surprisingly they all were offered food. Now everybody had the food and Raha was the one who was more happy as she was the foodie. Ira who had less food and was also in guilt as she shouted on sam before.

As time passed, Ira went closer to Sam's bench and sat beside him.

Ira's pov-

Admires him for atleast 5 minutes and then coughs and says.

I'm sorry.

Sorry?sorry for what?Sam asks ira

i am sorry screaming at you back there and I feel guilty about it. I mean I shouldn't have lose my temper and, yeah nothing I just wanted to apologise.

Sam replies back to her.

It's completely okay as the reaction was valid. And don't think about it so deep I've forgotten it a long ago.

Ira:- Are you sure that it was okay, because I definitely need a confirmation.

Sam:- yeah, I am alright.

Ira:- Would you have done the same thing if you were put into my place?

they both awkwardly smile.

Sam:- umm, no I don't think so.

Ira compulsively bites her inner cheek meat as she has this obsessive disorder

Meanwhile everyone's attention gets grabbed as they hear a noise of someone's falling off from a building. They run outside and remains stunned.

They see that one of their mate "Noor" has jumped off from the building.Aina falls down on her place as she was left shattered and same with the rest of Noor's friends (Ira,mehma,mehr)

They all have a breakdown while seeing the current scenario and are unable to handle themselves. Meanwhile the other classmates are also left numb but somehow they all manage to get through this phase.

With a heavy heart they all go down the stairs and see noor's laying off deadbody. They began tearing up as it was difficult to resist for them.

Mehr:- what does she has in her hands?(with teary eyes)

Sam:- A piece of paper!

Ella:- you mean her suicide letter?

* awkward silence.

Rome:- There is nothing we can bring back from the past, we need to accept this and read the letter.

Amir slowly goes near her body and brings out the paper from her hand and starts reading it.

THE LETTER-)

DEAR MATES, I hope you all are doing fine, huh funny right? Like how could I say such thing under these circumstances but still I wish things get better for you. As you all know how dedicated I was towards my studies but unfortunately not as brave. I'm a very weak hearted person who couldn't take what really was happening. And I guess eventually I had to die since these people are very dangerous and also I heard some stuff that what these people were going to do with us. They've bought some weapons and also are going to play some deadly games with you. My heart got shaken up when I heard that. As you all went inside after watching lucky's deadbody. None of you searched up for me, it is because I was already there in the library and after you all went back I went to the councellor room and I heard those deadly conversations among the gangsters. Moreover I just wanna say that Ira didn't kill lucky. It was me who killed him. Yes you heard it right. I was fed up with that boy. He already harrassed so mDEAR MATES, I hope you all are doing fine, huh funny right? Like how could I say such thing under these circumstances but still I wish things get better for you. As you allany girls and was a nuisance towards Aina too. So, As I went towards library.I realised him to be stalking me. And as soon as I caught him he started grabbing me inappropriately. So in reverse I killed him and I am not guilty about it. It was Ira who caught me while killing him and that is why she seemed suspicious back there. And as a good friend she tried to cover me up, I love you for that. And also I love you all. Be ready for your upcoming situations and I wish you guys deal with it.

Ira along with her friends started sobbing as it was so heartbreaking to hear that letter.

As no one was allowed to pick up anyone's deadbody. They all get back to their place and sat down helplessly.

Rome who goes near Aina to calm her down. Likewise Sam and wajib goes near Ira and mehma to make sure they are right.

Rome to Aina :- don't worry things will get better, just have a faith.

Wajib to mehma:-

sighs, looking up at the ceiling and says, things are never under our control' mehma. Infact nothing is under our control. It is all written in our destiny and we have to face it. In future we might not know that there will be harder situations we need to face.

Mehma:- harder? More than this. What more do we need to see than watching our bestfriend died infront of us. (With a teary eyes)

Wajib get the sudden urge and hugs her.mehma laid her head on his shoulder as it was actually painful for her.
